West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 22:05 - Feb 6 with 6205 views | FearOfAJackPlanet | The fees involved are pittance compared to the devastating losses they'd incur getting relegated with their impending move to the Olympic stadium; logical they'd try every avenue to get the ban lifted. They won't win though, but they need to show the fans they're doing everything they can. Shows how much of a one-man team they are.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 00:28 - Feb 7 with 5941 views | Joe_bradshaw | Presumably he can play whilst the case is going on otherwise there'd be no point. So with Villa and Norwich up next maybe it's a tactical decision to have him available for games they are targeting?

I was just reading about this, and this is exactly what I was thinking - a delaying tactic. Hope it is not successful for a number of reasons, but if the FA/PL let him play while it's heard, and then upholds his ban - what if Carroll playing results in West Ham gaining points - any club could go down this route in the future, depending on their fixture list. If they do try and it's thrown out again, then they should double the ban.

unfortunate;y this are the rules. The annoying thing is he's guilty as hell but if he gets off if will 'prove' Chico was cheating to get him sent off. I f politics take-over West Ham could the decision - move to Olympic Stadium!

West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 01:11 - Feb 7 with 5892 views | westside | can we sue west ham for not getting a penalty when joe cole handled in the game at the the liberty which we would have won.
West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 01:26 - Feb 7 with 5875 views | Dull1Thomas | trawling the internet suggests West Han has little or no support amongst the public, but I don't trust anything once the establishment and money is introduced. Mixed thinking on Chico being carded and or suspended. SUrely the referees reps will have something to say over this.

West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 06:32 - Feb 7 with 5813 views | somersetsimon | This would set a bad precedent if they got away with it. What if a referee made a game-changing decision (for example a last minute penalty for handball). If this is ruled incorrect in court, then the only fair thing to do would be to replay the game or retrospectively change the result. It would be chaos.

West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 11:28 - Feb 7 with 5476 views | monmouth | The FA have agreed to 'reconsider'. This is pure media bullying by dullardice, probably supplemented by behind the scenes 'lobbying' by the pornos. They will cut it for sure, probably give one game if anything and show that they are simply yellow and buckle to pressure. It's open sesame if they do.

They need to be VERY careful with this - any sign of weakness and the floodgates will be open; clubs will challenge any decision they see as even potentially flawed, particularly if players can play while the appeal is in process.

Agreed. But have trawled and found a comment linked to this http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-451143/West-Ham-fined-5-5m--es As the poster wrote - West Ham have a history of good relations with the FA.

West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 12:22 - Feb 7 with 5324 views | thedrownedman | Given that Webb called it spot on (Chico overreacted, but it was still a red), it completely undermines him as well.
West ham have cried off to the court of arbitration! on 12:27 - Feb 7 with 5313 views | headcleaner | what I don't understand is when they agree to abide by the league rules etc etc how can they then go and try and get outside interference. It's the prems competition they make the rules all the clubs agree to abide by them so tough $hit surely. Maybe the Prem will revoke Wet Spams membership and kick em out of THEIR comp. if I set up a club and had a list of rules and you joined and then didn't like it I'd suggest you abide by what I set out or pee orf.

This - undermining the FA... Shouldn't it have been increased anyway, usually gets an extra game if you lose an appeal?
