Why do you think Tories stumped up £3 to vote for Corbyn as Labour leader, Tom?

Go on, have a guess...

Tories voting for Corbyn probably comprise a good 25% of Labour party membership.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

And If you believe that you will believe anything...you can't see the huge consented effort that is being made by the tories, the blairite MP's and the entire force of the mainstream media to discredit anything that Corbyn says or does?

The only reason Theresa Mayhem has called for an early general election is because over 20 tory MP's are about to be prosecuted for electoral fraud in 2015.

Why don't you also vote for Corbyn in the GE then? It'll be hillarious won't it!

WTF is a consented effort?

As a WUM you're about as effective as Corbyn is a party leader.

Phew, that's clear evidence Corbyn will walk an election, innit.

To win an election, Corbyn has to not just win seats in staunch Labour areas when a monkey with a rosette will win.

He's got to convince non-traditional voters, campaign and win in Tory areas.

Go there and see how long the queues are...

Like Kensington?

Areas like that?

There's nothing envious about despising a vile c*nt who spunked how many billions of our collective money on a war based on a lie. That's neither success nor envy. You enjoy your narrow black and white worldview. It looks very simple there.

If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face--forever.

Kinnocks Aberavon seat is one of the must watch results for me! I wonder how many thousands of votes his count could be down by? It's gotta be down by a minimal two thousand surely?

Increased by 7000 and his share of the vote increased by 20%. He won 68% of the vote. The people of Aberafan must really hate him.

My prediction was off on that one but right on the Brexit and Gower result despite being told by Labour door-stepping representatives that it was wafer-thin close. Years of steel erectors common sense and 'airborne-initiative' from elsewhere were amiss this time. Even the elite get it wrong at times!

I'll have to move to Port Talbot and gauge up-close-and-personal opinion because if I was living there I would not have got it wrong.

I normally don't like these ' I wuz right posts' that Darren is famous for, even though I am right most of the time ;-)
What it does show is what an incredible turn around JC managed in a very short space of time.
It s very ungracious of the detractors to say it was not a fantastic achievement and to claim he should have done better.
Yeah, yeah I know they will say the Maybot was pathetic but I reckon she was no worse than Dodgy Dave previously who would even say where his benefit cuts would fall until after the election.
Credit where credit is due I say.

I've got to give it to Corbyn he fought the most dynamic and admirable campaign, I cannot ever recall a campaign like it. The way he captured the hearts of many and attracted so much adulation when he was labelled as being the person who would destroy the Labour Party.

Yeah he deserves the utmost credit!

Indeed. In football and politics the experts often get it wrong. There is no disgrace and all opinions are valued. There would be tumbleweeds everywhere on here otherwise :-)

Totally agree. All the Tory media could talk about was how many seats he'd lose, how Labour would be so weakened it may split into two parties etc.

It was a fantastic result even in losing.
