Bradley, like Guido were shafted by the board. I stuck up for both of them as they were both hung out to dry by greedy businessmen.
The weird part about it all is now we have Clement who shores us up and keeps the goals from flying in and that's crap and overly defensive, but we had Bradley who took the games to the opposition in an out and out maverick style and without the benefit of £20m being gifted to him, he was slaughtered yet he was just following orders to open our game up and make us more exciting to watch.
Siggy and Llorente have both gone... They could've gone in January and nobody knows what would have happened or who we would've replaced them with. he really doesn't know anything about football. not a single thing. unfortunately all he does is mouth off absolute rubbish and then curse out anyone who disagrees with him like his opinion actually means something. very sad individual indeed.
the thing is, had silva got his wish and got to keep snodgrass they would have had a hell of a lot better chance of staying up. he finished their top scorer and top chance creator despite only having played half the season with them, and he was the only player on that whole team (besides Harry Maguire) that was actually decent and who I wouldn't mind playing for us.
in response to the topic, yes, clucas for 15m is an absolute abomination. we've done some proper perplexing transfers over the years (see: N'Gog and Emnes), but this one really trumps them all. in no universe is he worth that kind of money. Transfermarkt has him valued at just £2.25m, but even that is a bit steep. he played a huge part in hull getting relegated and has just one season of top flight football under his belt despite playing football since 09. even worse, he's 27 now so there's little chance we'll ever get any resale value for him. as if anyone would want him even now. if you're a top flight club, he's the kind of player you wouldn't even take for free

We were absolutely shocking in midfield for the majority of last year, Cork wasn't the only issue by any stretch but he was definitely one of the reasons. Britton coming back in transformed us in the middle, that's what is obvious.
I know very little about Clucas, I'm not going to write him off after a few games. If he does turn out not to be better than Cork though, then whoever signed over that cheque needs shooting. |  | | |

You're forgetting that Jack Cork was in a midfield last year which for a large chunk was dominated. Actually, when Clem realised this and dropped him, we improved dramatically.
Clucas is a better player if used right and Mesa is streets ahead if played, I'm more than confident of that. |

I don’t rate Cork in the slightest, but unfortunately it doesn’t look like Clucas is an upgrade either at the moment. For me he looks like someone who can’t settle in down here, long way from home and completely shot of confidence.
Second manager of the season doesn’t fancy Mesa at all either.

No question we overpaid for him (especially when you throw in Stephen Kingsley). But in his defence he hasn't been given a consistent run of games, in a consistent position. I'd give him some regular games on the wing, a position he played for Hull for a while before they moved him inside, so he can get a bit of confidence and rhythm back.
