Good job I went for belt and braces today.
I bought my ticket for today's game online and expected it would be available in my ticket hub on the app or on my new QPR Pay membership card. Annoyingly, ticket didn't appear on the app on my phone (only on my iPad which I wouldn't be taking to the game) and the support team can't seem to sort out why.
Assumed I would be ale to use the new membership card - nope, that was refused at the turnstile. Good job I took a printout of the ticket which was emailed to me.
At least I got in and was able to enjoy the game but boy do they make it difficult! |  | | |  |

There was a significant queue of people at the box office by 2:30 of people who were unable the get through the turnstile with their new ST cards and were sent to the box office, happened to the gut in front of my at the Loft SAR turnstiles |  | | |

Similar in Lower Loft, really poor service and seemed one terminal between a few staff. Can’t be difficult to sort this out and would pay for itself as you serve more people. |  | | |

No real issues but having it scan in it's holder last season, the new card has it's barcode on the back, so I have to now remember to get it out (the card) before I get to the turnstile so I don't hold up my fellow supporters.
Btw do we still have attendants with hand scanners at all turnstiles, as I believe some of the marketing shows self serve scanners? | | | |
