You could always just get your arse tatooed, "Nottm Forest" will do as a means of reminding your shit of itself in passing

Mr alien have you always disliked the game of football, one thing everyone must admit we beat the best Liverpool side ever in those times on a regular basis and one thing showed in spades where the commitment by every player.Enough said,

I've marked you up for the first time forestkiwi as Home Brewerys Five Star was the definitely the best drink that could be bought at that time, why anybody would drink anything else is beyond me,where did you live in Nottingham?

Home Ales - forgot they even existed. Decent ale and very affordable back then. Never had the 5* sadly.

Up the Dale - NOT for sale!

Home Ales has long gone now and there's a Sainsburys in its place now,I spent the first 20 years of my life living just down the road from them and I still can't forget the smell of hops or whatever it was being brewed on a Monday when you passed
Five Star was a bitter that was cooled like a lager which was unusual at the time and had a nice smooth taste to it,it was more expensive that the usual HB bitter but worth every penny,it truly was a masterpiece in brewing

I knew it was defunct, just forgot about it altogether. So many great local brewers lost to history.

get in there,Mr Clough would be proud!! i dont look at being a forest supporter for us to win things in the past it always been about the football we played under Mr Clough,, i look at the chance Derby county/Brighton and Leeds on missing out with what could have been the best times in their history especially Leeds as they had a good team and would have gone to the top of the world with Mr Clough even quicker, but they had too many people wanting to show they were better than him and 100% of people at that time wanted him to be manager of England and our history may have a been a little better,Even the likes of Rochdale can reach these heights all it takes is the believe in everyone involved in the football club and a good cup run ,some good luck and giving 110% even the T lady.

Even the likes of Rochdale eh!

Why don’t you do us all a favour and practice self isolation from this board, surely you could look at pictures of st Anne’s and have fond memories.

We have a tradition here, chalky knows it well, but to him it’s affectionate.

Fook off forest!

What about Shipstones, Chalky? The bitter for fans of anagrams.

Shippos has also ceased trading Bart, the large building is still there so I don't know if it's protected or not,I've seen the Shipstones name on some bottles of beer but it's not brewed in Nottingham and it's just someone using the name
I'm with forestkiwi on this one and I could never get on with it as it gave me the runs,it always seemed strange to me how some absolutely loved Shippos and the others had to run to the bog after a few pints
