It wouldn't make sense for Dale to have their own HR Manager as permanent staff, I'd expect it to be outsourced.

I think there is a large element of Big Company thinking but no recognition of the small company budget they are dealing with. You can make gestures in a large company , In small ones every pound has to be an investment to make another pound. Oh, and the half time noise creator needs to get his marching orders too. | | | |
