Well that's half an hour of my life I will never get back. I almost spat out my tea at the "well run club" bit. I am also a little intrigued by the connection to Bottomley and at what point in he woke up and decided that the club needed a HR Manager but not a Left back?

It wouldn't make sense for Dale to have their own HR Manager as permanent staff, I'd expect it to be outsourced.

But I wouldn't expect it to be outsourced to Adidas haha. Maybe he can get us a decent kit manufacturer deal while he's organising the P45's.

I think there is a large element of Big Company thinking but no recognition of the small company budget they are dealing with. You can make gestures in a large company , In small ones every pound has to be an investment to make another pound. Oh, and the half time noise creator needs to get his marching orders too.

Unless, of course, we were paying out shit loads in compensation for loss of office, NDAs and legal fees etc
