My nephew passed away suddenly whilst having his Christmas dinner (this Christmas). He was single and left no will, his mother and sister went to his bank (Barclays) and after showing all the necessary paper work, they arranged for the co op to do the probate and also to notify all relevant authorities. Hope this helps. | |
