Child poverty 2 child benefit cap abolished
at 18:10 6 Dec 2025

One thing I have proved to myself is that my stress and anxiety ease considerably by going to to work and other other things to focus my mind on and changing direction in the work I? know do as really helped me.

I will admit that my symptoms were fairly mild apart for odd occasions, finances used to be a big one for me, but I got there in the end and things got easier.

It depends on the mentality of the person, how many times have you heard people say that it doesn't pay me to work I'm better off on benefits, and without doubt some have the very same thought, I've been out of work on occasions over those 48 yrs and taken jobs just to keep my stress levels manageable, stuck one job for 12yrs in steelworks working for a t@at, until I'd had a guts full after they put some of us on a 4 day week and went back to college and re did my qualifications and not looked back since, that was 2016.

Read it Keef its pathetic by Home Office in my opinion, people get sacked in the workplace regularly for any reason they are usually replaced with a suitable replacement, nationality shouldn't come in to it best man people for the job.

Weather is shocking got soaked to the skin this afternoon.

Anyway what's going on with the Home office three people are wanted here at SCFC and they are being stopped, what reason or reasons can the Home office give to stop these three people to come here? they must surely be able to issue the required work permits, doesn't make sense.

100% it's bad enough that we're have to keep our own people without having to keep another countries people, the saying the land of milk and honey has never run truer.

And with governments raising the retirement ages over the years, 48yrs I've worked and I've two more years to go, maybe longer cause I won't be able to afford to retire the way prices are going, just had my energy bill and it's a shocker.

He's never striked me to be that kind of player, so it was a shock to see him do it and with the amount of intent and aggression he showed.

Could have easily caused damage to his eye assuming the incident hasn't, the ban is lenient I wonder what the ban would have been if a Welsh player had done that.

145 million quids worth for a facelift on Cardiff Train Station, meanwhile Mrs and her friends went to Cardiff yesterday from Neath and had to stand in the isle all the way, because they cut the carriages from 10 to 5, nice fancy train station and the trains using it aren't fit for fing purpose.
What's that they say about getting your priorities right and yet we got those who are delighted to support the Senedd, you couldn't make this shite up, honestly

Yep, was told about that ages ago and I was shocked and from what I've been told there's much more to come, Welsh rugby is looking lost, if not doomed.
