Seems we had a moment of panic, Tymon, Pedersen, Tjoe-A-On and even Humphreys to cover for the leaving Manning, ending up with surplus to requirements [Post edited 24 Jun 14:26]

New manager, new Chairman, new coaches new recruitment people all at the same time. If you sign players with potential then they are a risk. No risk means you pay a lot more.
Things are more settled now and players will only arrive with the managers blessing. Cooper never player Kris Petersen and Gyorkeres and Martin never player Whittaker and Ogbeta. This does not mean they are bad players. [Post edited 27 Jun 18:37]
