Splendid. We can work all this out between fellow supporters and find a way forward that can last and be sustainable for future generations - the very ethos of the Ogden family investment. It might not be easy, but we'll get there in the best interests of RAFC.
No need for the factions and lack of accountability that (with bad owners) killed bury and made their fanbase a laughing stock. No need for coffins, handcuffs and drainpipes here!

As a result of discussions, a meeting has been called. The date is suitable since it allows as many Trust members as possible to attend, with the pre-season fixture and Family Fun day taking place
Hope as many members as possible will attend, to put their points of view forward regarding the status of a Trust rep on the club board, in light of the formation of CAB
Thanks to all who've signed up to this discussion, which it's felt needs to be had before a vote on the Trust rep based on informed debate and inclusive membership, as per the Trust charter [Post edited 25 Jun 20:48]

Thanks to the Trust for arranging this.
It’s a shame the meeting wasn’t called four weeks ago when it was obvious a number of supporters had questions and/or views they wished to share. At least it’s sorted now and we can look to get some clarity to move forward positively. |  |

The request submitted to the Trust to hold a meeting had sufficient numbers and the meeting is scheduled for 11am next Saturday, 19 July. There's a Family Fun day and a pre-season friendly on the day so it's hoped as many members as possible can attend to put their views forward
It's important to note we all want the very best for how the Trust can continue to meet the requirements of independent representation, given the new, positive and exciting era with the Ogdens but also in view of how the new Club Advisory Board (of which the Trust is part) can operate to best effect
