An invite to all Dale fans.
Next Saturday 21 March, my brother John Ridehaugh, has arranged an 'awake' wake at the 1907 lounge beginning 7.30 pm.
Many of you will know John; he's been a Dale fan for over 55 years and has stage 4 prostate cancer. He is trying to raise as much money as possible for Springhill Hospice which provides wonderful support for patients in the local area. There will be a raffle, auction of Dale and other football memorabilia during the evening and a buffet. John invites you all to attend and support a good cause. Friends, family and players will be joining him.

On behalf of John Ridehaugh and the rest of the family, I'd like to thank the club, supporters, bar staff and Scratch for putting on a great event on Saturday night.
It was lovely to see so many of John's friends and former football team mates from way back.
Thanks to everyone who donated memorabilia for the auction/raffle items - also those who outbid everyone to buy them.
Special mention to Lee for his help and Dave the compere for his assistance with the auction - he did an excellent job!
We raised over £1000 for Springhill Hospice - and still counting. Some items have been saved for auction on the Curry Night in April. Please lend your support at this event and help to boost the final total.
