The serious business of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship begins tomorrow, with the visit of plucky no-hopers Cork to THE DEFENDING ALL-IRELAND CHAMPIONS, Tipperary. Release the Pirahnas!

Not if Insta links work but here goes......Mayo milking this more than Arsenal did 😂

Yeah, this is why I didn’t want Mayo to win Sam. On an on and on ad nauseam

Couldn’t agree more. Getting a lot of flack from one or two people on my watts app group in Ireland for my inability to go along with the great Mayo bandwagon .
They fully deserved to win the final but milking it doesn’t even come close.
Being a neighbouring county to Mayo it hasn’t been much fun . Especially watching a town based in Roscommon being taken over by throngs of Mayo supporters celebrating the “ big” win has been difficult to watch .
For myself it’s like watching Brentford or Chelsea lording it over QPR . Hard to take .
I’m not bitter though , it just the Murphys.
If you know , you know.

A couple of my neighbours (safely inside the Sligo border) made the mistake of going to Charlestown last weekend for a quiet pint, tinking the excitement would have died down by now. The pub they went into had ‘The Green and Red of Mayo’ on a loop. They left after one drink!
Yes the Ballagh thing is especially galling. I went up to the school last Friday for the LC results and Mayo flags all over the town! I get the whole Andy Moran thing, but still didn’t feel right.

Mayo and Kerry will be playing in the football at the Stone X Stadium in November. Tickets went on sale today at 12pm. Has already sold out except maybe for a handful of single tickets.

They’ll have a legends match and a match between the current panels. Both games will be 13 a side.
