Just wondered what your thoughts are on the issues re Southampton spying situation.
Should they be ejected from the play off final?
Im more concerned re the on field cheating that occurs with diving ,feigning injuries to have a player sent off etc.This goes completley unpunished,
Id expect a poss points deduction for Southampton at the start of next season but we will see

Something else for clubs to consider these days when recruiting a new manager is the “Ruben Amorim factor”.
This is where a new coach refuses to deviate from his favoured 3-4-3 formation despite not really having players at his disposal to utilise the system properly.
It took Big Jim a couple of seasons to really get his principles across at Dale and he wouldn’t be allowed that sort of time at clubs like Stockport or Barnsley (with whom he was recently linked by Alan Nixon before they filled their vacancy). | | | |

Jim and his staff have done great getting us out of the national league in 3 yrs…many sides better equipped than Dale spent many more years achieving that.
However a jump up the leagues to the likes off County is well beyond Jim’s capabilities..he simply does not have enough experience in the EFL.
What do we expect him to achieve next season?..personally just to make a decent mark on the league as Oldham have would be my hope. | | | |

it was the off the pitch shenanigans that contributed to the relegation in the first place...to come 11th was very credible in itself..its NOT a criticism at all...there was every possibility it could have been a lot worse. | | | |

Absolutely, three players on the bench, players playing injured and out of position. Jim also alluded to significant problems with transports, hotels etc with everything being cut to the bare bones. |  | | |
