In an effort to change the main obvious subject, what are everyone's thoughts on going back to a transfer window rather than 'as and when the clubs / players feel like it' transfers in the NL?

We coped for years with it and it is the same for all clubs. I understand at National League level where there are no academies that teams may need short term deals etc to fill out squads but in the Football League teams should be able to fill their squads accordingly. The emergency loan system for goalkeepers is in operation so teams will not end up in a situation where they are forced to field a 16 year old in goal.
