EEL has given him a good talking to. Gilmour has given him a good talking to. Francis has given him a good talking to. I really hope Watson and Lillis have done also. Flint is just the latest.
Getting really annoyed with him doing the daft stuff, then sheepishly putting his apologetic hand up to the fans with his head down like it actually means something, before doing it again and again. |

Great result. Moss immense again - get him a new contract ASAP before Jim starts sniffing around.
Miraculous that we have kept another clean sheet with the calamitous Mr Bean act in goal. Hope he sends Fondop a Christmas card. |

We get the EFL trophy and NL Cup forced down our necks to expose prem youngsters to men's football because they're "good enough". I think we should expect them to perform as well as any other signing.

Will absolutely take that. Clean sheet, point away at a good pre-Christmas team, 2 injured players back on the bench, hopefully no more injures from the game (send Moss for an ice bath)....
Do we even have a forward to drop Mani for? Hendo can't be a starting forward at this level now... can he? |

Watching it a bit closer it looks like Gilmour is alone a lot while Adeeko looks to be following one player wo is pushing into our back line while their defenders knock it about. Of all people, it looks like Hannant is the one spotting that (or being told) and is dropping back and tucking into the middle slightly, then a gap is left. He and Brown have worked their socks off. The gamble is obviously if we can press them into a mistake we'll get good chances.

Looks scarily like a gambling 4-2-4 when the ball is with their defence, but we're getting easily overrun in the middle once it passes the 4. |

On Waller, it's just that you don't have to register Goalkeepers in EFL squads now so the maximum registered plays is 22. I presume the line is just there prevent people questioning the omission from the list. Under 21's also don't need to be so that covers the other two goalkeepers anyway. There a cut-off date of some time in Jan for birthdays on that but I don't know it exactly. [Source: Football Manager haha]
Deciding whether to register Jenkins to me makes me think they're slightly hopeful he can make the end of the season in some capacity, but may have to use the registration spots. [Post edited 11 Sep 15:32]

Their manager took the player on a yellow off at half time. Game management is non-existent with Watson I have no clue what he is watching.
Ramming is petrified of the ball and attackers and looks to be daydreaming half the game. Mani has morphed into Rodney and looks uninterested in any battling or running.

Shrewsbury pressed us more before the early substitution. After that they were petrified of our fast attacks down the left and only their striker (occasionally +1) did, which probably also contributed to the space left on the right and mistake that led to our 2nd.
A world away from we've seen so far. Excellent performance tonight and hopefully a corner turned with the confidence that will give the team. [Post edited 1 Sep 22:17]
