60-61 season. It was Peterboroughs first season in the league after Gateshead failed to get reelected at the end on Previous season. Posh ran away with the league that season and didnt return to fourth division until our promotion season in 1968-9. We lost 4-3 at theirplace early in the season and then drew 2-2 when the home game was eventually played near the end of the season.

Their relegation the previous year had something to do with them breaking league rules on payments - they were fourth in the league at the time the league announced that they would be demoted.
