This is the complete passage. In the Professional Development Phase our vision is to play 4-3-3 to mirror the first team, but the formation can change depending on the personnel we have available and can also be 4-5-1 4-4-2, 4-4-2 Diamond and 4-2-3-1.
No mention of 3 5 2

Bring in Inman or perhaps play Andrew down the middle and Henderson and Dooley off him. I certainly don't want Henderson in the midfield three. He is wasted there and we have so many other options to play there.

Andrew down the middle if it is 4 3 3 in attack and 4 5 1 in defense imo
