Strange one this and i guess a lot more to it.

He could easily have mutually agreed contract termination and agreed to work on expenses only, on a rolling contract, if he was concerned about Burtons finances.

Think this has been led by the club and Clough understands and has agreed to go, which is admirable I guess.

He will be back in a job soon enough assuming all calms down, Bolton lot already chatting about him to replace Hill!
