Does anybody know whether the EFL/Sky Sports arrangement for the upcoming season will allow all FL matches to be shown on i player. I know that normally Saturday afternoon games can't be. Given the uncertainty for this coming season is there any guarantee that we will be able to watch if the season tickets are oversubscribed or somebody buys a Reward Card?

Your question is partially answered here: https://www.rochdaleafc.co.uk/news/2020/august/20-21_sts_announcement/

"If games are to be played behind closed doors, Season Card holders will receive an iFollow match pass to stream the game live."

Maybe it would be worth emailing the EFL or the club's media department for more information.

If you don't know why your posts keep getting downvoted, there's no hope for you.

The restrictions about Saturday afternoon games being broadcast generally was eased for the Premier League and Championship games when the season returned so I'd expect that to be the case at the start of the new season too, but haven't seen any confirmation anywhere.

Tangled up in blue.

Looks like they'll all be available on iFollow while the restrictions are in place.

And I should imagine (or hope) that any games to be shown by sky then a season card holder would get an equivalent Now TV day pass I know that happened with alot of premier League season ticket holders. Not that we ever get shown on sky for league games anyway 😂.

Poll: What are we more excited for?

I now have a response. The EFL have made no decision to allow live Saturday matches to be viewed beyond those behind closed doors. That means we can't as yet rely on this as a route to get our fix. The live audio commentary is guaranteed throughout the season.

Of course it doesn't mean they won't extend it. If I was a supporter at Sunderland or Bolton for example whose season tickets were renewed automatically by direct debit, and now social distancing/capacity rules mean I can no longer attend, I'd want an alternative to be put in place. The EFL will need to make a decision soon
