Some League 1 clubs have been doing the same - Definitely Ipswich and possibly Portsmouth have been spending more than 100% of income on wages

Cheers, no surprise it’s going on at our level. I can fully understand why the government is reluctant to bail out an industry that cannot regulate its members to exercise fiscal prudence across the whole span. Sadly, those who play ball fairly are being tarnished by the irresponsible and vainglorious

Whatever it is, mismanagement or cheating or both, in the end it can mean a big fall medium to long term. How much help from either the public or from within the industry do such companies, Clubs institutions deserve in the current climate ?
