As bad as we were defensively, going forward we weren’t incisor enough.
For me, the root of the problem was EOC's o.g., but in truth, it was an amalgam of woeful defensive problems that led to our downfall. The final whistle and our extraction from the N.E couldn't come soon enough.
A very memorable occasion for the club D_Alien. Given it is the 50th anniversary of that game, maybe RAFC should put up a plaque to remember the game. Or at least produce a mouthwash with Noel Cantwell's image on the bottle so he can be spit out all over again.

Through gritted teeth, we saw the referee rightly give no goal. This official was an excellent appointment.
