Tonda is a big problem at this club. He dictates the formation & picks the team. He gives them a game plan.
But the players themselves need to take a long, hard look in the mirror. Poor finishing. Half-arsed effort from some. Too comfortable under a young, inexperienced manager who they probably don't respect in any way, shape or form.
Even if we get decent additions in January, nothing will change under this manager. The players don't believe in Tonda or his way of playing... and neither do the fans.
Very good game of football though. Okay, I'll say it, I really like watching Bournemouth play. They've got some very exciting players & their high press is a joy to watch - unlike the pedestrian dross served up at St Marys these days.
