I was expecting the worst when he came on as a sub the 1st time this season, but he put in a very good performance and has been good in all his games since.
Very impressed with the work he and the coaches have done to get him to this stage from where he was last season. |

Well after getting a call back from them and holding on for 10 minutes she came back to tell me that as my account has been permanently suspended she is unable to tell me what it is that I am perceived to have done to warrant such action.
When I tried to say that they cannot just leave it like that as i have posted the CD abd got nothing for it she hung up on me.

Thanks, I have also typed asking to speak to an agent without any success.
I did ma a find a 0800 phone number to call, but only managed to listen to the AI operator offering to send me a link via email or text to enable me to go back to the AI page! |

I opened an account with them to sell some items and sold a CD , but instead if receiving the funds my account has been suspended. I am at a loss as to why and the AI generated emails and responses are unhelpful to say the least.
Does anyone know an email address or phone number to connect with a human st eBay? |

Let's hope the fans can replicate that atmosphere from the start of matches in future. We never know, it might inspire the team to get going earlier. |

I agree. I liked that shirt and some others too, but refused to buy them because of that vanity badge Briatore.
Fly KLM sponsorship was very good as well as the shirts. I still have those, and thankfully, can still wear them today, due to the quality materials used for the shirts and logos.
Of course, the Guinness and Adidas shirts will always have a special place in many fans hearts. |

Totally agree on both cups.
The League Cup needs the Premiership clubs for both financial and status reasons, without them it would be as pointless as the trophy previously known as the Freight Rover cup (or whatever company sponsorship name it had).
As for the no replays in the FA Cup, that was an incredibly selfish action by the Premiership clubs. They often just play the reserves anyway, yet they have deprived clubs of much needed income and possibly further progress. |

Agree that it was the wrong starting 11. There was no need to start with 3 CMs against Preston ( Middlesbrough probably, but not yesterday).
When Vale got injured 8n the warm up, any of Saito, Smith or Lloyd should have replaced him, not Varane.
JS even got the half time substitution wrong imo. Smyth not Saito should have come on. Saito played OK but Smyth would have done more as he proved when he camevon in the 65th minute. |

True, but Kone hasn't exactly earnt a place on the bench either. When I have seen him play in the games so far, he has looked slow and not to interested in the game as much as he did last season.
I am not saying Kolli is blameless just that rules and standards should apply to all the players. It could be that the issues are more than his attitude in training. |

I agree it sounds a bit of double standards and strange that an unfit Kone was given a starting place when clearly unfit.
Kolli is not helping himself or his career with his attitude if he thinks he is owed a starting place or not interested in a short term loan deal. 3 months in L1 would get him fit and ready to compete for a starting place.
Ha being says that, I still think a place on the bench should be available, especially if decent forward options are scarce. Work rate and a good attitude don’t necessarily equal goals scored. |

Like DaveB I would also like to hear about any stadium plans but don’t think we will.

Happy with the point, but not happy with the injury to Smyth.
The injury list continues to grow. Getting close to 33% of the squad being inured. I wonder how Williams will try and spin this. |

It probably won't last , but they have done something similar to what Sunderland did and that is overhaul their promotion winning squad. Not many of the starting 11 are from the promotion winning one. McBurnie is one of them. Even Millar, one of their stars from last season, has been used as a sub.
The goalkeeper is definitely new and a big improvement on Pandur for a start. |
