Ticket Exchange for Villa on Boxing Day

I'm trying to exchange my season ticket for Villa on Boxing Day but keep getting the following message:

"Unfortunately the seats you have selected cannot be posted, please see our FAQs for more details."

Anyone got any ideas? I can't see an explanation on the FAQ page.
