Comment | Southampton V Portsmouth The Verdict
at 15:53:57
First question is in what area of Pompey does the ref live?I couldn't understand no cards for what appeared to be identical fouls to those tat Saints players got done for.
Azaz motm That pass alone would have got him that Having chosen him the second half performance by everyone was close to perfection I left the stadium elated but absolutely knackered.
Tonda's response to the Bragg red card was superb He told Cam that because he got sent off we had to find another way to win Something we wouldn't have done had he stayed on.Brilliant
Whe Tonda was appointed as a temp in November 25 we were 10 points adrift of a play off spot with 33 games left Now we are 5 points off an auto spot with 37 to play
Can we get there?Yes we can |

Comment | Southampton V Portsmouth The Preview
at 13:46:54
In this one the form book means nothing. As in most derby games around the country it is all about "on the day"
We have the better squad
We will finish higher in the league than them
BUT this,as always, is a one off game |

Comment | Time For One Of Those Special Days At St Mary's On Sunday
at 17:25:17
Any fan who is not excited by this fixture needs to find some other support to follow
We know the cheat chants will be loud and passionate from that corner. All other parts of the ground should cheer and applaud it Respond with We've got Eckert" etc
Having all our internationals back and fit plus keeping Tonda has given everyone a lift and will hopefully enable us to get a win
A twenty two year wait for a home win against them needs to end on Sunday
Enjoy it. |

Comment | Nathan Jones Makes His Excuses For His Disastrous Spell At Southampton
at 11:36:24
Everything was about him It was MY club,MY players,MY fans,MY plan etc He has shown a degree of capability at this level At their place last season we battered them but at SMS he was responsible for a shut out Not a style of play I could watch regularly but in that case needed
I will enjoy beating them this season and his comments will only add a bit of spice to the fixture |

Comment | Will Saints Utilise Surprise Option As Cyle Larin Returns Early Ahead of Pompey Game
at 11:25:37
Could a back irritation and a groin strain be their excuse to get back early.I hope so
If not we are not devoid of options.Anyone who replaces Larin and scores becomes an instant hero and legend A keeper who can keep a clean sheet likewise.
It will hopefully be a better watch than last season when Will Still was in charge. The form book goes out the window on these games It's all about "on the day" |

Comment | Matt Le Tissier Talks Of Frustrating Wait For Tonda Eckert Verdict
at 18:02:48
All ares of football management are in disarray.
It would appear that the FA cannot agree a punishment for Tonda
Man City owners were passed as fit and proper persons to own a club as indeed were Newcastle owners They take FFP to a level the other 90 clubs can never reach
The EPL will never get to expel city without a costly legal battle that could financially ruin them
The EFL screwed us in an attempt to prove that they are not a pointless body
I could go on but the only answer is to replace them all with one management organisation |

Comment | One Southampton Player Will Not Be Celebrating Potential Tonda Eckert Replacement
at 15:54:15
Edwards does not have the track record that we need His reputation is based on the minor success he achieved over a short period at Borough Remember he took over a team built by Carrick Anyone who leaves a winning club to join one all but guaranteed to get relegated obviously isn't capable of rational thought.
Hopefully Spors has an adequate replacement lined up if needed.
We already know that the FA has no regard for the fans which is fare enough because I have zero regard for them They should be absolutely ashamed of the way they have dealt with this |

Comment | Tonda Eckert Asks For Forgiveness As Final Judgement On Spygate Looms
at 16:56:15
San Marco you really don't think that taking away a golden opportunity from a young upcoming coach wasn't punishment enough
I must Speech to a different brand of neutrals because everyone I have spoken to believes that Tonda, the club and most importantly us the fans have already received a punishment that was WELL OTT
Saint mark with theories like that you should seriously consider a career in journalism |

Comment | Tonda Eckert Asks For Forgiveness As Final Judgement On Spygate Looms
at 11:11:49
I don't like the fact that Parsons and Tonda have gone public before any verdict has been announced Is it to try and get media sympathy on side? It was certainly trial by media back in May
The club appear to be lining up for a legal battle which will be a massive expense for the FA and us and could take years to settle The lawyers could get involved for anything over a one month touch line ban and maybe a fine
