He plays for a 3rd rate nation against other 3rd rate nations. So of course he will stand out.
The truth is in his first season he was poor, the 2nd season he was loaned out and the 3rd season he improved but wasn’t good enough to get in our starting 11 for the big games. What propelled him were some eye catching goals. but the truth is Tonda didn’t trust him to start in the big games.
We got an incredible fee for him, when you think what Everton paid for Hayden Hackney. |

Proofs in the pudding. No assists or goals since he joined Everton and has 26mins of prem football this season. Maybe this is his launch pad , but from the outside it couldnt have gone much worse. |

What a great footballing youth system that exists right now.
Man City and Chelsea buy up all the best 14/15 year olds for £1 mill (e.g Max Alleyne from Saints). Then give them a couple token appearances in the first team, before selling them for 15/20 mill. Saints developed Max Alleyne for 8 years before having him poached. Makes you think whats the point. |

I liked Tall Paul, thought he was decent at holding the ball up. When he had a manager that played his was he looked decent and would have netted double figures in a full season. |

You have had to wait until game week 5 to reply :-) and hes only had 24 mins. Still no goals or assists and completely wasted last season.
I will say Everton do have an array of good young midfielders and wingers. |

You have literally being saying on the "Fanzine- The Story Of Britains Alternative Press " thread how youngsters dont get humour and how they are being easily offended. And have reacted exactly like that.
Some fairly funny video comes out, taking the piss out of Saints and you are all hysterical tarts, as it not the right humour. Its funnier than a cartoon of Danny Wallace skinning some one on the halfway line. |
