The owners and the joint chairs must have talked about the situation a few weeks ago after the two opening matches about the current situation.

Today was the call to the owners to look at a possible management change and who should be on that list and a priority.

Would a manager like Stuart Maynard want to come to Dale and work with the current squad!

Stuart Maynard should be a priority should Watson and co get the chop..

Also i hope that the owners would be prudent enough to put a clause in his contract aswell should Watsonn Co go

Dale lucky not tobe 1 downbut Ramming got a leg to it..
The team looks unbalanced and again they dont look like a team who have juzt got together.
Luckily Colchester have not shown a great deal up front..

Sherring seems to have got bettef as the half got on and Moss is doing well...

Watson must consider loaning out EEL and Rodney they are just not good enough even in the NL the last couple of seasons showed that.
Playing TAR as a RB is also a wrong tactic aswell..

I also dont think that dessie up front is an EFL player it is a step to far..

Problem is the injury situation which should not be an excuse, Watson has now to prove his clout as the manager and reorganise things on the field....

Would not mind if Nevett and Hayes came back and signed if they have not gone else where.....

With the experience of being at Peterborough it could be beneficial for Dale also they have age on their side...

McNulty would have had targets for Dale in his sights and players like Gordon signing a new contract.

Maybe now that these players may go elsewhere like Cian Hayes who could well be Stockport bound.
Also if Dale had any chanceof another season of Whatmuff on loan that may have gone out the window.

Whoever comes in will sign his type of player which could change the whole dynamics of what we have been used to, good or bad....
