KO on Whelan, or is it on the O's....
at 12:12 25 Nov 2014

....themselves.

He refers to the press and states: ''vultures who are waiting to swoop and have taken someone apart who clearly doesn’t deserve it.'

How odd that this statement applies equally, if not more so to the Oystons and BFC.

The end of Cubero?

He's now returned to Costa Rica for treatment on his ankle. Are we likely to see him come back? Somehow I fear the worst on this.

Nice to see local lad Kieran Brookes make his debut. Although he was born in Stoke he moved here soon after.

Also a handy cricketer, he won Young Player/Fast Bowler at Lords as a 14 yo and was interviewed by Agnew on TMS during the lunch break.

Talksport on Riga and KoKupKoKo
at 11:24 12 Nov 2014

The feature is best summed up by TommyTwo....

Well said Colin Murray

1. 1+1 contracts do not work. Good players will not sign on that basis.

2. Oyston doesn't answer questions. He just restates his opinions and criticises everyone else's views.

3.Oyston says no protest will ever have any impact on his policies.

4. There is no love at all between Oyston and the fans.

5. Oyston thinks if the team is successful the fans will come back but the fans have had enough and the club will never get them back while he's there.

6. He hates football, hates the fans but loves money.

7. He's a sleight of hand man.

8. He stupidly says that his stubborn streak and not being swayed is his best characteristic

9. Oyston has no connection with the fans or any dialogue. Has no respect for the fans.

10.The club can never move forward under the present owners

11. Riga is a class act and conducts himself impeccably so the fans clearly take his side

12. Anyway, Karl has many other things to do. He is on the Football league panel to decide who is fit and proper to own a football club (group guffaw)

Saturday's Protest
at 17:10 3 Nov 2014

It's a crying shame more did not join in (I arrived a little late). I'd guess at 200 tops when I thought there would be upwards of 500.

Well done the organisers and it was vocal enough to get up the noses of Oystons.

I'm in shock....
at 18:01 1 Nov 2014

....utter shock. That was as bad as anything I've seen since Hendry.

wtf possessed Clark to think Dunne was 'up to it' and what possessed him to play McMahon where he did.

The players huffed without real commitment and the usually reliable Daniels was a shadow of his former self.

And please God send Lundstrom back....like NOW.

Yours

Very depressed of FY8

Told ya

Always going to be the case. One, KO will pay over to get it done and two KO wouldn't want to be in sole control of football because it interferes with his hectic lifestyle and remember last season when it dragged on he had Matt W to hold the fort.

I've seen the LC interview from Sky and it looks like he's been fed the same diet as every other manager. Talking of infrastructure, sport science, transfer backing and the like saying he'll be backed on these. Anyone remember Grayson and VB looking round BRFC Brockholes and using that as a template in 2007?
