There are over 110 armed conflicts in the World. In Congo over six million people have lost their lives. No one seems to care or write about it. Unfortunately our media has it's favourite conflicts. Lineker is silent on the atrocities in Congo. Which begs the obvious question. Lineker now runs a very successful podcast business with Alistair Campbell, yes the same Alistair Campbell who assembled the case for war in Iraq based on weapons of mass destruction which were never found and saw over 800,000 thousand people die subsequently. The legislative framework is not good enough, people don't feel the need to resign, underperformance is tolerated. |

It's criminal, the performance indicators for the Welsh NHS have all declined month after month. Everyone I know has a horror story, people are losing their lives, no one gets fired and the Senedd have nothing to say. |

Thanks for the well informed article, in short I think Forest will want some cash and we will be out bid. We are in an interesting place in that we have a reducing budget and the need to develop a competitive squad. |

There was a similar tale from a guy on Radio 4 this week, he ran a restaurant and a catering business, he said he has reached them end of the road as his customers could not afford what he needed to charge. |

Smells of poor management. The chairman and Director of Football should be the only ones involved, I've seen secrecy in another business where we later found out the chairman and potential CEO both flew to Paris on different airlines using different airports to meet in rented apartment under the cover of darkness. The price sensitivity of two organisations meant there had to be that way, let alone any reputational risks to those involved or appointed later. It sounds over the top but the financial and personal impacts can be considerable. In this case we risk losing AS because we have not managed the confidentiality properly, if I was an owner I'd be fuming. [Post edited 17 Apr 23:26]
