Bradford (Park Avenue) v Rochdale 1969

Yorkshire TV covered the April 1979 game between Barnsley and Dale at Oakwell. The narrative they wanted to run with was a celebration of Barnsley's promotion under Alan Clarke but Doug Collins strollers tore up the script and won three nil. I saw the TV highlights at the time but fear that tape has been lost.

A BBC Archive 30 minute fly on the wall documentary has just popped up on Youtube. It counterpoints the life of football managers in different divisions and focuses on Bradford losing 4 -1 to Dale
