I take deliver of my EV on Tuesday and was looking for any feedback.....I've looked on their website but there is not much by way of reviews on there....Cheers...Moony.

Am about to order some vinyl just a few hundred quids worth and wondering if it's actually worth bothering...Have looked online and its a minefield as to what the charges might be....Any thoughts would be helpful...Cheers..

NFR info from any oldies on here....
at 18:43 22 Jun 2022

I would be really chuffed in anyone on here could save what is left of my sanity...When I was in my teens there was a business on Queensway, Oldham rd end right next to Welli'th Lane, set back from the rd called Autodiner, it was a large static caravan which had been styled like the American diners....Now i know it was there as I had quite a few breakfasts in there along with the workmen who frequented it....Nobody I have spoken to even remembers it, can't find any pics online of it...So unless I have dream't this place up or was living in a parallel universe it must have existed right? Has anyone heard of it? Or have I lost the plot?.....

From the ridiculous to the sublime

Now that's more like it, every player in the first half put in a performance not seen for a long while. Bees got his reward for non stop running with Grant who was superb, it's really unfair to single anyone out because to a man they were all brilliant....under pressure in the second half we defended so well, Dorset was my defender of the day deservedly so...lovely approach play with an end result....Add to this the miss of the season from Newby made for an amazing game, very happy bunny tonight....Well done lads....UTD.

An abject lesson in
at 17:20 23 Oct 2021

When not to make substitutions for the sake of it, we were coasting and at times it looked like a training game, even before the half time sending off we were better on every blade of grass....After the break it carried On in the same manner untill the changes, did we get out of jail with the late winner? No, we deserved the 3 points by a mile.....The lesson is unless there's an injury or were chasing the game then leave well alone....Couldn't fault anyone today up until the last ten minutes...Game management needs improving...Good result and a cracking performance from many of the lads....UTD

Out of exile for the day
at 16:21 7 Jul 2021

Not posted on here for months but have been checking in for updates on the current shit show behind the scenes, we are going the way of our deceased neighbors down the road and despite the valiant efforts getting rid of that parasite Bottomley it seems it's all been in vain....McGreal is now odds on to get the managers job and expect his first signing to be Curran's Son...AC has already passed the EFL test at Swindon so don't count on any help from those idiots...This is just my opinion for what it's worth but the blame for this is wide ranging, Kilpatrick the invisible former chairman, Bottomley the superfan that never set foot in the sandy as a kid, lying conman that he is....The Americans for taking the quick buck and Rawlinson for thinking of nothing but the cash, and in part Chris Dunphy for cashing in when he sold to the Yanks, the only ones to come out of this with any credit are the Trust, those that fought Bottomley proposals and the vast majority of the fans who saw through the bullshit, we are being fed more of it still.....BBM was probably right to jump ship, although he shouldn't have still been here in a position that allowed him to leg it....What a fkin sad day in the history of this club, those to blame should find a quiet place to fall on their swords....I'll provide the swords .

As clear as mud...
at 17:44 21 Apr 2020

1 - You must not leave the house for any reason, but if you have a reason you can leave the house

2 - Masks are useless at protecting you against the virus, but you may have to wear one as it saves lives, but they may not work, but it may be mandatory to wear one, but maybe not.

3 - Shops are closed, except those that are open.

4 - You must not go to work, but you can get another job and go to work.

5 - You should not go to the Doctors or hospital unless you have to go there, unless you are too poorly to go there.

6 - This virus can kill people, but don't be scared of it. It can only kill those who are vulnerable or those people who are not vulnerable, it's possible to contain or control it, sometimes, maybe, except that sometimes it leads to a global disaster.

7 - Gloves won't help, but they can still help so wear them sometimes, or not.

8 - Stay home, but it's important to go out.

9 - There is no shortage of groceries in supermarkets, but there are many things missing. Sometimes you won't need loo rolls but you should try to buy some in case you might need some.

10 - The virus has no effect on children except those children it affects.

11 - Animals are not affected, but there was a cat in Belgium that tested positive in February when no one had been tested, plus a few Tigers here and there.

12 - Stay 2 metres away from Tigers (see point 11)

13 - You will get many symptoms if you get the virus, but you can also get symptoms if you don't get the virus, you can get the virus without having symptoms, or being non contagious with symptoms...It's a sort of lucky/unlucky dip.

14 - To help protect yourself you should eat well and exercise, but eat whatever you have to hand as it's better not to go to the shops, unless you need loo roll or a fence panel.

15 - It's important to get fresh air but don't go to parks, but go fo a walk, but don't sit down, unless you are old, but not for too long or if you are pregnant or if you're not old or pregnant but need to sit down. If you do sit down don't eat your picnic, unless you've had a long walk, which you are/aren't allowed to do if you're old or pregnant.

16 - The virus remains active on different surfaces for 2 hours...or 4 hours...or 6 hours...I mean days, not hours. But it needs a damp environment, or a cold environment that is also warm and dry...In the air, as long as the air is not plastic.

17 - Schools are closed so you need to home educate your children, unless you can send them to school because you're not at home. If you are at home you can home educate using various portals and virtual classrooms unless you have crap internet, or more than one child and only one computer, or you are working from home. Baking cakes can be considered Maths, Science or Art..If you are home educating you can count household chores within their education. If you are home educating you can start drinking at 10am.

18 - If you are NOT home educating you can also start drinking at 10am.

19 - The number of corona related deaths will be announced daily but we don't know hom many people are infected as they are only testing those who are almost dead to find out if that's what they will die of. The people who die of corona who aren't counted, won't or will be counted but maybe not.

20 - We should stay locked down until the virus stops infecting people but it will only stop infecting people if we all get infected so it's important we get infected and some don't get infected.

21 - You can join your neighbours for a street party and turn your music up for an outside disco and your neighbours won't call the police. People in the next street can call the police about your music whilst also having a party which you are allowed to call the police about.

22 - No business will go bust due to coronavirus except those businesses that will go bust due to the virus.

I hope this makes things clearer for you....

Great win today down on the coast where we usually get bugger all, especially with three of those below us also winning. I'd have been happy with a draw so to grab all 3 points is welcome relief, as long as we score one more than the opposition we will be ok. Let's carry it onto the next game please, Not surprised by the omission of the supposed transfer target to be honest, no grumbles on here tonight I shouldn't think so fingers crossed it carries on and we can creep up the table....Well done to all who traveled down and to Hill and the lads...

Football betting on Dale
at 18:08 16 Dec 2018

I regularly used to bet on us winning, correct score first scorer and the like, recently not so much due to the way we are playing as I don't back against my own team....Has anyone on here ever backed us to lose? Be honest, I'm asking because we are at 4/1 to go down this season which given our form is rather generous in my view.....Would it be slightly naughty to lump on at that price just to soften the blow if the worst does happen?

Taken from the bury board .......
at 18:12 10 Dec 2016

"I know its not going to a popular idea but perhaps its time to consider a merger with Rochdale- new joint ground ,massive revenue cost reductions and a new beginning . Nick's support today is a good example of how that could work! Lets face it, we share a lot in common and it could be beneficial to both our clubs- especially ours, which does appear to be in a crisis situation"…........

I know what my response would be and it ends in off......
