Fantastic effort and enthusiasm and can cause opposition problems just from the energy he brings, no where near Championship level for his football ability though, couple of divisions below at best. |

Well said. My take is that a few have taken Kolli’s side vs the club and are now so entrenched in that view that even when presented we details, which were given in a very fair way, now refuse to believe this or now suggest there is more to it. What I don’t understand is what sort of conspiracy they actually believe, surely the situation is perfectly clear now.
We need to move on, we all want Kolli to either do well for QPR and/or make us a profit, let’s hope he gets fully into training with a positive attitude and forces his way into the team or gets sold in January for a nice profit. |

Really good fans forum, best for some time, all 3 communicated really well and am sure helped the club and fan relationship, would like to see see these more often.
CN has come in for criticism previously but not sure what else he could have done or said tonight, straight answers to all questions and didn’t dodge the tricky subjects such as Kolli. |

Of course they can watch the match but why give them the advantage of a definitive answer as to whether Dunne is now fit enough to play, same goes for other such as Saito and Poku? it’s a small advantage not to tell the opposition but without doubt it helps if you know for sure who is fit to play and who isn’t. Teams will have extensive analysts which can work with individual players to show their direct opponents strengths and weaknesses, for the sake of us knowing let’s not give away this advantage.
I do agree on being fair to the fans and giving a length of time out, although I wonder how easy that is to really assess, recovery times must be vary a lot and often setbacks in training, but a rough idea should be given. |

I’d disagree with this. As much as it is nice to have injury information this would be a benefit to the opposition, WBA would have a significant advantage, for example, knowing if Dunne is playing tomorrow and to a lesser extent other players. The Championship is tight and just a few percentage points to your opponents can make a difference over time.
The more long-term injuries I think it is absolutely fair and necessary to update the fans but let’s keep it as it is generally. |

I believe it’s something that Wenger has recently suggested, I thought there was a trial of this in a league somewhere. Actually makes a bit of sense to me. |

How can Jones claim this cost his team 3pts? It was first half, it may well have been we equalised or maybe even turned it around and won the game, the goal would have completely changed the way the rest of the match was played. I understand if very late on in the game but ridiculous to claim this considering when the incident happened. |

Combination of a number of factors I’d suggest but deeply frustrating. Looking into other clubs and their recent team news, it’s seems many have similar (if not worse) injury issues, Charlton for example had 9 players out for our match yesterday.
We probably have to take more of a risk with signings, Lamptey for example, than clubs with a larger budget who are more likely to be able to buy not only a good player but one with a better injury record.
Would be very interested to get the clubs view on this during the Fans Forum next week though. |

I agree with this, I didn’t see much last season to suggest he was a good Striker at this level but obviously still young enough to progress. |

Wouldn’t be a surprise if there is a clause enabling him to move on quickly if fit and offers come in. Would be a shame of course but doesn’t really make sense for us to have picked him up on a free. [Post edited 5 Sep 9:19]

Agreed. We have struggled with 3 game weeks for too long. JS made the subs to enable rest of players and we still won. Nothing to complain about. |

I’d have liked to try and get Kone and Burrell in the team and wondered if they would go 442 when subs came on, not sure you can drop Chair after 2 goals, 1 assist and MOM though. |

He was really struggling in last 10/15mins at Portsmouth, could barely manage a jog but we had used all of our subs. |

Totally agree with this, he did literally nothing that match, looked miles off it and disinterested. Scored 2 goals!
Time to cash in and move on, with his goals per min and age I’d like to think 2-3M as a transfer. |

I do Parkrun’s most Saturday’s and trying to get to as many venues as possible, a great scheme and always so well run and welcoming.
As others have said, an option to join QPR Runners group (Facebook), l try to always run wearing my QPR Runners replica shirt so have met a few fellow R’s and had some good football chat as I’ve take. part around the country.
If anyone ever runs Marine Parade Parkrun (Weston S Mare) let me know and I’ll make sure I am there as this is my home Parkrun, have a PB of 20:41 🙂. Parkrun I’d most recommend is Woolacombe Dunes, one of the slowest in the country but well worth trying. |

Such a difficult keeper to rate so far. Absolutely fantastic feet and passing ability, surely one of the best long passers at the club. He is also full of confidence and can play out so far he is almost a sweeper giving us effectively an extra outfield player.
As others have said, 2 really bad errors in two matches and I can’t believe how small he looks, is he even 6 foot tall? I thought his lack of height may have been an issue for the Portsmouth goal, Devlin was so far out and the shot was perfect height to save. |

Jimmy is vital for a good season, what a class player at this level and we have no real replacement for his strength and ability in the air. Really, really need him to stay fit. |
