No doubt the pitch will get blamed. Home team pressed and kept us out, outfought us. A poor quality game with rodney quiet and not imposing himself. We should be playing better than this, with more fight, we were in a great league position. |

Can't be annoyed at Mcnulty, Speculating on why he's staying, I'm glad he's still here while we are flying high in the league. I'd be surprised if he would want away and got turned down, but we don't know the facts. It could have been just a curious approach by Burton and Mcnulty wanted to see the package in case it was life changing. If Mcnulty staying is true, this news then settles and reinvigorates the squad . Putting a smile on these players who he, offered opportunities to, or convinced to come here and make a name for themselves. Bloody Great. Because i guess these players were wondering WTF. We need Jim to continue the momentum of winning more games than we lose, giving us a shot in the playoffs. Repay the faith the management put him in. |

Enjoyable win! I thought the game was decent. But maybe a too patient build up at times though. A suprise to see Rodney on the teamsheet and great to have him back, rifling them in. Also welcome back Rowling, his positivity and work rate has been missed.. |

Something new watching a pre-season friendly almost mid season, if we made some money from joining in this meaningless tournament great. If we get to the final great, chrome plated or not. :-) Having entered through the main entrance for the first time. A view of the 1901 lounge, its served its purpose I think. The pies looked good though but I'd already had my tea. I'm looking forward to seeing what the plans are for the renovation of these facilities to take it to the next level. [Post edited 5 Nov 23:10]

2 quid in a bit of footy and a few goals. Fringe players and new guys getting some minutes. Quite enjoyed it. Low key. We've a big squad, so I think good to put players out that aren't getting many minutes. Played like a friendly game, but we still wanted to put in a performance, as a result 4 goals. Well done the players. [Post edited 5 Nov 22:18]

Jim should expect that good teams who have watched us , will press fukin hard in the game opening 15. They want to force that mistake, get us to misplace a pass under pressure, or force Dale to lose out on a heavy tackle that the referee might wave play on. We should use an option that has us playing it safe, use the wing backs, wide players, oof it even. Keep it safe until we confident and adjusted. Fuk freedom to express, stop giving the opponents gifts. |

First time in the Sandy for 12 years and a great experience standing left of the post today. We took my mates 14 year old lad in there for the first time.Hats off to the hundreds or so of young lads backing the team with the drum, I'm sure the players love it. Better support than in my heyday 1990-2000 before i switched for a seat. |

Another surgery wouldn't go amiss as getting through and booking appointments are frustrating. Another would ease the burden. The location of the club is easy enough to get to car, uber and bus. Draw the people in. Make Rochdale FC a community hub, for shopping/groceries, wellbeing and hotel space. |

Yes agreed, he's a lively player who puts in the effort and a great team player, just shame we haven't got a player who can play the role of holding midfielder fit to shore up the defense as were looking vulnerable through the middle. |

I think Burger, at the minute, is lightweight in defence. Strengths are - in possession, quick thinking and intelligent passes in the opponents half. In our half against big opposition, he can be abit of a push over being on the small side. |

I've had to purchase 4 tickets for a mate who struggled to login on and ended up on a path to oblivion. I found it clunky and and a bit of back and forth logging in twice, once on the main screen portal and then again after selecting tickets and checkout. Also an incorrect ticket price of ÂŁ5 instead of the discount advertised ÂŁ3 for sandy lane U14 Juniors. My mates issue: logging in computer says....no. Trying the 'Forgotten password' button it says ironically, 'no account registered with this email.' When trying to reregister it says 'There is an account already registered to this email' Got an email with 4 tickets for the sandy anyway - so at least that's working. [Post edited 28 Oct 17:35]

Fantastic win, Halfiax's game plan to pressurize and boss the game worked . They looked like the home team first half thankfully weathered the storm. Thought we could have done better in midfield getting the ball wide or through to the front men.. We've enough skill in the team, but needed a bit of brawn, Burger, can't fault his tenacity, not a liam kelly, first touch sometimes lets him down and cautious passing frustrated while in our half. Although further up the pitch hes a quick thinker and contributes to good link up play. In atttack I would like to see Mcbride do more abit more and without the ball, a passenger, would like to see him not stand of his man all the time. Allarakhia is my favourite player at the moment, the dangerous runs are exciting and that pass to Mcbride(edit) for his goal, was great. Kyron Gordon deserved man of the match, a good fighter and not a sulker. Hendersons jumping on top for his celebrations was abit x-rated but the lads were clearly happy taking the lead. Hartlepool should be there for taking. We need to be more aggressive and confident against teams in disarray. Plenty of crosses and looking more dangerous towards the end of the half though |

Ah nice one. Good to hear other perspectives. I had no idea what it costs at other clubs for hospitality. For the price then it sounds good value. Cameron Ogden recent update gives some confidence that there's a plan in place. . With big tweaks to the experience to compliment the good food, in a future Dale, then there's more to look forward to. It's good that these honest reviews have been highlighted and mediocre doesnt become the norm, and it promoted a good response from the owners.unless it was coincidence. |

I really wanted to try hospitality this season for birthday treats etc. However, I've been put off by the comments on here that suggests its a drab experience, especially regards audio(Boring tunes) and video- no football on tv. I'll give it a go when its improved. I'd pay more for a better experience as I think its quite cheap to upgrade a season ticket. Seems a shame, Jim and the players are doing brilliant and doing their bit. |
