Much too harsh Whitworth, he a young lad for goodness sake. Admittedly, he comes across as being a bit serley however, he said all the right things. In my opinion, whatever has displeased you is a result of a combination of nerves (arms folded, classic anxiety ), lack of interview technique and inexperience. I suspect that he was chomping at the bit to come on loan to The Dale; having read your post, he's most likely now wishing that he hadn't! |

Good post Peaky, I suspect that hundreds of Dale Fans where in that same boat sailing down that same Swanee River without the preverbal paddle !
I've spoken with a mate who turned off the TV at 2 down, another mate was watching at the Pub and he and many others left , I should add that both are Dale Fans but neither are actual "attending matches supporters" I've heard stories of Dale Fans leaving the stadium and spending the rest of the game in the bar obviously regretting their decision, I was at the game with my son we both felt that there was no way back at 2 down again, I suspect that the vast majority of Dale "Fans" at Wembley in their heart of hearts felt the same !
Well done for sharing your "many beers deep" thoughts and experience. |

I agree, the absence of Tobi, Harvey and Pritch is a key factor (my words not yours ) as the three mentioned players all drive forward in and out of possesion whereas their replacements tend to receive the ball cut back and recycle thus putting added pressure upon the back three, also limiting an attacking outlet, this I suspect (it's been mentioned previously ) is partly responsible for Gordons recently drop in form ! |

Fair Point/s Sutty , I still have Spennymoor, Southend, Bromley and more recently Brackley in mind, your right things can, have and will only continue to get better with regards to the poor tactical/game management decision making !
I'm not taking anything away from Big Jim, his staff, the squad, the Ogden's/Board and last but not least the Dale supporters that we are currently sitting proudly at the top of the league with two game in hand over our most immediate rivals ! |

Exactly, the only way to get the message across to the Carlisle CEO's of this World (standing in an uncover terrace for 2 hours +) is to hit them were it hurts most, in the pocket, Carlisle will make a hansom sum of money from the Dale attendance if everyone took your lead Nafelad ( I'm not saying that Daley's shouldn't attend, I'm simply making a point) then the Carlisle top brass would soon get the message and provide seats with cover ! |
