If an offer comes in from any club and it's around 1 million, I would keep him.
At this moment in time he is fitting in really well and in my opinion is by far the best centre back at the club.
The only issue is to keep him fit.
A million pounds is a lot of money to most of us but in the grand scheme of things at a football club at Championship level it is not so much.
If an offer comes in, in excess of 2 million then have another think. |

Right from the kick off it was obvious only one team were interested in winning that match.
They came for a point and our wasteful finishing let them have it. |

There are always going to be good and bad signings that's the nature of the sport we are in but I think we have improved by moving players on who are not going to make it.
The one player that mystified me the most was the young man called Hamalainen ?
It would be very interesting to find out who was responsible for his contract extensions, what on earth did they see that the majority of Rangers fans couldn't. |

Went to an away Port Vale game with a pal of mine and bought tickets for the raffle drawn at half time, my mate says "hey that's my number" they've drawn out, saw a steward and he said you have to go up to the porta cabin to claim.
So on the rush to get there and back before the start of the second half my mate trips on the stairs going up to the cabin and immediately collapses in great pain, nether the less he forces himself up the stairs to claim his prize and it was----------------2 tickets for Port Vales next home game, he decided not to take them up on this generous offer.
He damaged his ACL and was off work for months. |

I would keep Ronnie at least for this season unless of course he wants to go.
He is only 23 years old and we have time to sell at a later date.
As I see it we are trying to build a team to challenge, after many difficult seasons we now have not one but two goal scorers, the goalkeeper situation is looking very promising, full back positions are looking more secure and I believe Ronnie will get better and better.
We of course do need that elusive box to box midfielder, which might make all the difference to a promotion challenge.
If we sell Ronnie, would we be able to purchase a suitable replacement who could slot straight in, centre half is a key position.
Although if an obscene offer of 15 million was on the table I might just have to have a re think. |
