why not the 1st year? Go whilst your stock is high, only have to see how his stock has fallen a year later. No club watching our last 2 games is thinking thats the man we want as our manager |

the problem is thay way of doing it is the right way to go, you sell an Eze invest in better players to get a better team, do it again and improve the team again but the second part of that plan needs to be we end up with a good team pushing to go up, the Brentford and bristol City model. We don't seem to have grasped the second part of the plan yet |

makes you think whats going on behind the scenes to make first Mick Beale openly say to fans 2 months into the job that this wasn't what he was told it would be and why Marti after a good first season is looking to move on It's also the clubs model to bring you in develop and sell you on for profit, thats players and managers so when you do that as a club you can't be shocked when the players have a look at what is on offer |

I don't think it's a case of he hates his job. He was due an extension and pay rise if he kept us up and took it and his agent was looking for the next step up for him to take if he did well or if he needed another job, thats pretty much an agents job We'll have plenty of agents trying to give us a new manager over the next few weeks |

It would have been along the lines of he can tell other clubs what players are on, contract lengths etc and they can take advantage of us as the basis for doing this but when he doesn't get another job they just look stupid |

Thing is though as a football club we sell ourselves to players and managers by saying look at us come here we will develop you and then if you do well you can achieve your footballing dreams at a bigger and better club that we help you to reach. Look at Eze he played in this shithole he's now tearing it up in the prem, look theres Les Ferdinand he spent years at this dump and then got to win PFA player of the year and play for England The aim isn't come here and be the best you can be win promotion, play in the top flight with QPR, this is your career high playing for us. it's do well and get to go somewhere decent so of course when someone comes in and does well they are going to be dropping their knickers to the flash bigger and better club that we promised them they could get if they came here |

Pierre Sage is being linked, had never heard of him until this morning I think it will all depend on how this plays out with Marti, if it ends up costing us a lot of money I think Nourry might be out the door as well |

I've got a big garden and I could do with someone cuitting the grass as I'm a lazy bastard so they are welcome to pop round |

I'm speculating here but if Nourry has told the owners he's going to West Brom and we have to do this I can see why the owners would agree. The fact he hasn't has backfired massively If I was Rueben I'd be sending Hoos and Nourry into the garden as well and starting again |

He was after the Chelsea job so they put him on gardening leave, he didn't get it so they had to pay him off. Backfired a bit on them We might be about to do the same thing |

I try and think when I was that age I was furious if anyone left the club, I hated Paul Parker, Sinton and Seaman. I used to slaughter Dave Bardsley to my mates, thought he was rubbish until 92/93 season I used to bombard my dad with opinions on QPR and he'd basically tell me I was talking nonsence. I was basically an idiot who thought he knew it all, not much has changed really. I'm glad I didn't have social media back then though |
