We’d been going with the outswingers most of the game until a point in the 2nd half where the captain made an executive decision that we should switch to innies.
More proof, if we needed it, that Jimmy Dunne is an excellent leader of this team.
The subsequent corners weren’t great but were an improvement. |

Good report, very much agree with this.
1) Unlike some on the match thread, I agree that we were lucky to get to HT only one down.
2) Vale's performance was much improved, especially in the second half and especially when he moved to the right.
3) Not that it matters, but I think the assist for their goal was actually an attempted shot. Thought it at the time and have viewed it several times from the reverse angle. It's the way he addresses the ball and hits it. What does anyone else think? |

Wasn't paying attention / did not notice it last night.
But sorry listening to that now - not for me. As Clive has pointed the typical LFW demographic is not the target audience for this.
Obviously trying to mimic the Arsenal NLF vibe which I think is a mistake because that is absolutely cringe-making and not what this club is about. |

As a slight aside (probably not deserving its own thread) I do not normally notice opposing players particularly but I was impressed by Cardiff’s number 4 (Gabriel) Osho as a ball-playing defender. |
