The recruitment of JS. A positive I think. But he certainly owes us one after MC and of course the JS project could still go either way. There, I'm really making an effort. |

Mate I really don't like the way he communicates with us fans. And yes that was right from the off. As I said, I really want and would be happy to be wrong about him. I am just not seeing any real evidence to change my mind. Would you care to have another go at convincing me? |

A better squad? Possibly, I might give you that, but last season’s roster (particularly strikers?), the start of this season, up to and including Coventry away? Some decent sales? ‘Some’ implies several and certainly more than one, who are we counting in this? Clearing some deadwood – Again I might give you this one, but he’s also got rid of Marti Cifuentes and Paul Furlong, are you counting either of those as deadwood or are we just conveniently forgetting about those ‘departures’? Training Ground? Predates him surely? What do you think he hasn’t achieved? - I am struggling to answer that without being facetious. I don’t think what you have provided amounts to much. I mean I could list lots of negatives but I don’t want to be considered as just a negative guy. Jury is still out for me, but as I said, can’t think of anything substantial that has changed my initial opinion. [Post edited 27 Jan 20:07]

My initial reaction was this is just another posh boy chancer and I have encountered many of them in my life. I have seen little since then to change my mind. Happy to be proved wrong when he actually achieves something. |

Agreed. However some other posters seem to have short memories. |

I too almost missed this. Went on the offish yesterday looking for something else and noticed they were on sale. So bagged mine. There’s normally a discussion thread on here. Perhaps one started by someone I have on ignore? |

First half OK, needed to build on it and push on. Unfortunately regressed second half, really poor, notwithstanding the weather. |

Yeah, passing to players in the same coloured shirt helps. It should be easier tonight. Avoid the ones that look like stewards. |

As someone who relies on public transport, I've never been drawn much to this venue. Went there last year but I won't be rushing back, including tonight. (In any case, I'm abroad at the moment.) |

Could have been the kit, always magnificent and distinctive. Could have been that special player, a certain Mr. Stan Bowles, although as a seven year old watching the Big Match, I probably couldn't explain why. So I went for Other as I started supporting QPR in my first year of junior school. Everyone else had a team and where I'm from there were plenty of West Ham, a lot of Tottenham, some Arsenal and Orient and given the era inevitably Liverpool. But no, me, I had to be different. |

I’ve no idea who everyone is talking about. |
