I was (un)lucky enough to bump into Judd last night and he told me it was covered by them. He’d also said the same via text earlier in the week. People who are paid to keep supporters informed could do a lot worse than learn something from him. |

If what I mailed them about happens again tomorrow then I most likely will as it’s something the club should be concerned about, especially given the e-shot I received this afternoon regarding allocated seating and seeing from Judd’s post on here that they’re going big on it.
My query is also related to ground regulations so they can’t start preaching about one area of them and not showing any regard for others. I’m not one to bash the club usually but don’t send out fan surveys and ask for feedback if you’re going to ignore it. Screams of paying lip service otherwise. |

I’ll see if what I contacted them about is resolved at tomorrow's game I suppose. If not, I’ll probably not be bringing my kids to games going forward unless it is which is a shame all round.
I may be wrong but I thought this was a fairly newly created role so surely a response with two weeks isn’t too much to ask, especially when the club gets so much right these days as you say. |

Whilst I agree with 442 that it would be more trouble than it’s worth, it would be nice for their neanderthals to visit a club where the supporters fought for the future of their club. |

Has anyone had reason to contact the club using this address?
I sent an email on the day of the Swindon game but only got an automated reply saying they would respond within 14 days as per the club charter. Before anybody tells me to email them again -
a) I shouldn’t have to
b) past experience tells me I’ll get an answer quicker by posting about it on here. |

When I go in the main stand I always make sure I try to get seats at the end of a row so my lads don’t disturb people when they’re up and down wanting the toilet or something to eat.
I politely asked a club employee to vacate one of them when we returned for the second half of a game and was met with a tirade of abuse and he openly invited me to make a complaint about him if I didn’t like it. Hopefully club staff will be made aware of the rules too. |

There was an ace one on X last season who came out with all sorts of nonsense.
When they signed Galvin a few Dale fans told him that he wasn’t that great but he claimed that it was sour grapes and bizarrely claimed that playing in front of more fans would make him a better player. He seemed to think that Carlisle had beaten us to his signing because of how massive they are instead of the reality that we probably had no intention of trying to sign him in the first place.
95%* of them are up there with the buckets and Biffos for delusion.

Both sets of supporters think their club has some kind of importance in English football when in reality, just like us, nobody outside of the town (unless born or live here/there) gives two shites about them. We’re humble enough to accept that but when they have some bighead stroll into town and tell them they are bigger than they actually are then their limited intelligence allows them to believe it.
As you say, the Ogdens have the correct philosophy and don’t have to do cringeworthy things like join in training (Day at bury) or march down a street like the pied piper (Rothwell at Oldham) to earn respect. Again, it’s about humility and the aforementioned pair don’t possess it. It HAS to be about them and the gullible swallow it. |

Oldham fans aren’t known for being very bright though. It was obvious their attention seeking chairman (who hasn't got his face plastered everywhere now results aren’t great) would tighten the purse strings at some point but they acted all Billy big bollocks anyway.

The majority of Carlisle fans are exactly the same (not Griff who comes on here - he’s a top bloke).
Last season we were “Rochdale, f****ing Rochdale” according to a number of supporters on their forum and they pretty much refer to every opponent in that division in the exact same way week after week. It’s hard to feel any sympathy with arrogance like that and until they change the culture at that club from top to bottom they’ll be there for a long while yet. |

I don’t normally like seeing people made redundant as I’ve been there but I make an exception for him for the way he sneered at and patronised Dale fans for daring to suggest Radio Manchester had a Bolton Wanderers bias.
