From the angle the ref has, there is no scenario he doesn’t give a free kick. As Norf says, a stronger ref might have made a snap decision of yellow and calmed the situation down. At match speed though from the refs position, you really can’t argue that much with a red. A needless lunge from a player trying too hard to rectify a minor error. |

It’s less deep than that, it comes down simply to the fact that some were in the room with the chairman some time ago when he said, very off the record and off the cuff, that Kolli would never play for the club again so long as he was in charge. And some weren’t. |

Manager doesn’t rate him.
He was going to Luton in January until Norwich made an offer for Field and he asked to go. Luton came back this summer for him but we wouldn’t let him go until we got Kamara in. Bradford now is a good move for him, he needs to play every week, ideally alongside someone covered in barnacles to teach him the ropes. |

The fact that they haven’t ripped someone’s cock off to get that deal signed makes me more suspicious than anything from the clubs previous form that it’s nonsense.
If anyone was offering even £1 to get that wage shifted off our bill the club would surely be clambering over women and children to get it done. |

It was no better in a JV with the big boys. Surveys were constantly having to be rebooked due to the JV PM not actually arranging access, costing lots of time and taxpayer money and every RFP was fought to the death and dragged out like crazy to avoid payment. |

100%, I’m sure there is some stubbornness on the Kolli’s side now after all that’s gone on, and if I were in their position I’d probably desperately want to stay too as very few are lucky enough to play for their club but it’s gone on too long now and in everyone’s interests to part ways. |

Correct, the family have had two serious loan offers on the table - one to Saudi Arabia which they understandably refused under huge pressure from the club and destroyed whatever relationship might have been salvageable, and then a Ligue 1 club last summer which they accepted but fell through late in the process.
Ultimately, he is a very popular kid amongst the rest of the squad and he just wants to stay and play for QPR. Without rehashing old ground, obviously as you know well Mart it’s gone beyond that point now and he’ll likely end up a deadline day transfer to Brentford B.. |
