Kenny at fault for City's winner?

Apologies if anyone has mentioned this before but if so I've missed it but I thought Kenny was out of position for Toure's winner. The header is pretty much in the centre of goal while Kenny for some reason is too far over to the left of his goal. If he had been in the centre he could have saved it.

Referring back to Northern's blueprint for survival I take it we have moved mid stream from the blackpool blueprint to the sunderland blueprint. So we have ended up with a combination of the two will this be enough to keep us up?

Thought it was 5 for match day squad. Cardiff had Bywater,Keenan, Samuel, Olafinjana, Jay Emmanuel Thomas and Bellamy. How are they allowed that . Anyone know.
