Positives for me were the never say die attitude and the atmosphere when we got to 1-2
Got to say that we never should of started Scarrot and should of subbed him when Cirkin was sent off
Smyth , Madsen , poku, Kamara were immense 2nd half and we should of won
Negatives were Dunne 1st half
Saito looks poor ever game I see him
And the ref , he was pathetic, never a sending off in a million years he let the PNE players bully him
He gave us absolute fcuk all |

Lloyd is a nuisance, bullies defenders and open ups space
As for Kohli he is never fit and not the re incarnation of marco van basten
A couple of goals against the likes Sheffield Wednesday seems to have got people all giddy |

I remember a time when you went for a lunch time pint or 3 on your dinner break or would go over to the pub after work with work colleagues, all that is pretty much dead now

Thought he played brilliantly tonight
Gave everything, gets untold stick a bit like Paul Smyth did on here a few seasons back, totally unwarranted
He worked his nuts off , was physical, and played some lovely passes

Should of put them to bed long before they scored
Dunne, Lamptey , Edward’s, Kamara all class
Weak link was Saito and Mbengue who got caught ball watching at least 3 times , but a great team performance all round
Massive shout for Alfie Lloyd , if he could finish we would have a 20 million pound player on our hands , worked his nuts off , caused them problems but most impressed with his passing |

Had the misfortune to be on an MSG cruise which we picked up in Valencia this June
The Spanish on board were the loudest , rudest fcukers I’ve ever met , just horrible

How was this a heavyweight title fight
Moses has only had 15 fights and hadn’t been passed 6 rounds
He is in effect a light heavyweight and had no business being in the ring last night, that could of ended really badly for him
Warren is an utter clunge for making this happen |

This thread really brings home how life is short and that we should enjoy every single second of it
Life has become more complicated and stressful the last few years
Maybe it’s time we step back and start enjoying the simple things again

Left the ground very p1ssed off as I felt we left them off the hook
But sleeping on it I can see quite a few positives
Our play in wide areas was at times very good , Poku was giving their left back nightmares
Adamson did well apart from sleep walking a bit when the Bolton fella got round the back off him
Edward’s was a rolls Royce
Chair looked fit and dangerous
JCS looked solid
Dunne again solid
Cirkin looks a very good buy his passing was spot on and quick , we have found ourselves a player here , no more crap left backs to endure which is nice
The negatives we all know but we can only really start judging this team in September they should all be fit by then |

Agree with the OP that side gets absolutely zero coverage
What TV did was build a foundation for us that carried us well into the mid nineties
The TV documentary we get about one sentence which is typical , people bang on about the “palace team of the 80s”but venables had more success with us
