Not subscribed to the Pete Wild hopes, too much of a journey man, and, as much of a decent chap he appears to be, I see him regularly coaching his sons team on a Sunday morning, I feel we need someone at the start of their career wanting to prove themselves, and with a bit of fire in their belly. Not sure PW would have that as much. And Karl Robinson would not fit in well at all, he has not got the personally to bond a dressing room, and I feel the bond JM created, won us many points last season. From what I’ve read and heard about Ian Watson, I feel he’s the perfect candidate, very pleased with this if it happens, which it appears it will/has. |

You rank JM below Terry Dolan? He got us to our first ever FA Cup 5th round, and a comfortable 4th tier finish, absolutely nothing down on JM’s achievement, to think otherwise is delusional. |

Intelligence is the main key to being a good football manager, that followed by good people skills/man management. Say what you like about JM, but he had both in abundance, and unfortunately, I don’t see anyone available with half the talent for both that JM possesses. It’ll be a great loss to lose him and it will be incredibly difficult to replace him, certainly with regards to those similar qualities. |

Pete Wild? Seriously? No chance, he goes from club to club like Rory McElroy. He’s had zero success also. His name was banded about when JM had sights on Burton also, this would be a poor appointment, it won’t happen, I hope! |

I’d be moving mountains to get Whatmuff back for another season and offering Gordon whatever he wants to sign a new contract.
I’d love for us to put a bid in for Abdulmalik but I doubt we’d be successful, I also think Bush would be worth a bid as would Ayinde.
Really looking forward to see how we approach a squad refresh for next season, I have every faith in the club and reckon they’ll already have targets and will be making approaches as we speak. |

After the amazing result at Wembley, where there were lots of families there, all of whom will have had a great day, I really do hope the club continues with their family season ticket for £500 for next season.
This offer is even more crucial now as there were so many families who had gone for the day out. In the last day I've spoken with 4 families whose kids now want a season ticket for next season. We really need to capitalise on this.
The 2 adults and 2 kids for £500 is fantastic value, and in the aftermath of our Wembley heroics, now is the time to push this, strike while the iron is hot!
I know of 2 families that are considering sharing a family season ticket, 2 dads and 2 lads, splitting it, £250 per family. Let's hope this offer is in place for next season, as I really think we could shift a bucket load, if done soon.... |
