It’s clear we need a major investment on the playing squad in January (attacking players ) as far as I can see a major profit was made last season and following sales of Siggy and llorente this season . Are the Americans going actually show they care about the club and put some of their money into Swansea City ???? If they do not invest majorly in January it’s clear they will just milk the transfer money and tv money then leave us high and dry after the parachute money has gone .

Yes laurdrup won us our first major trophy yes we finished at our highest position in premier league last season, but when the news broke I was nowhere near as disappointed as when Martinez or Rodgers left ! It's time to look to the future , in the 10 years has Jenkins and the board have not made a bad decision . obviously something behind the scenes has not been right for a while , I applaud the board for making a tough call but I feel in monk , who I feel they have been earmarking for a major role within he club for a long time , has the potential for great things , he knows the ethos of the club and the possession style of swansea city and will lead us into the future and onto bigger and better things ! |
