Truth be told, a defeat was always "on the cards" here. Poor start undid the hope and conceding at very end of each half just made the result a little more embarrassing

Hughes played Prowse today so therefore he has to go as he can't pick the right team even without Les's teamsheet. Prowse cost us 2 points today. Anyone who rates Prowse knows jack.

Not much to add totally agree Prowse is worthless in the defense end of the pitch and not much help going forward.We can't seem to catch a break and Hughes still needs to go.Good to see Gabbi on the score sheet but Hojbjerg has a bad habit lately of giving the ball away far to much.Will be interested to see what happens this week,hopefully Ings won't be out to long.

Robbed by the ref. who took away Austin´s 2-0 goal because of a stupid linesman.
1 point in stead of 3 in a match in which neither we nor Watford played well. We really needed that victory, but it wasn´t to be.

"Lucky.lucky lucky" as Kylie sang........we played fairly decent stuff first half and looked set for another pan full 2nd half.......Not the case!.....We did n't lay a glove on them and they bossed us about for the full 45 odd minutes. They never gave up. Yes Calvin won his headers but it was straight off his bonce to no one in particular and straight back us. If Gateshead knew how to shoot it would have been curtains to the Cup.

How the sponsors picked a MOM god knows?.......Same names in the hat when picking the team?

Shocking ref, why he disallowed Austin’s goal is anybody’s guess . Watford had a clear penalty as well to be honest best league in the world but worse referees. Ban for Austin because of his rant , sorry Charlie if you were playing for the big 6 you would have got away with it.

What a pathetic defender is Cedric. He turned his back to the attacking shot and deflected the ball into his own net.
What a good goal by Austin and assisted by Redmond that was incorrectly disallowed.
This was a messy game with far too many passing errors.
Did we deserve all three points, well, probably not

Like freeman’s touch was well off today, but two goals from his set pieces so can’t knock him.
