The issues with Ince are not with "his qualities," but with the "personal issues" that you "don't mind."
We don't talk about it much on here, but "personal issues" are said to be a major part of our almost fatal slide in the Premier League this season.
Trust me, "personal issues" in the locker room are far more likely to harm a club than nearly everything else, including what happens on the pitch.

Despite his performance at Palace I think he's still got great potential. I'm not sure he was a great fit for that team and it can be hard for a young player to join a team halfway through the season and stake a claim. Plus he'd be free. Nathan Redmond has impressed me more at this level though.
