Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

OK, generosity from other football clubs supporters and a very nice touch of thanks from a bury guy...but hey...they are still going on about that team...which they couldn't afford. Isn't this the REAL REASON for all this ongoing poo?
Yes, you can have the most exceptional passing, goals coming from all positions and fans questioning if you don't score at least 3, BUT????
Elsewhere, I'm sure I read about some member of staff who'd been laid off and was quoting online that they'd had to go on HOLIDAY on their parents credit cards as they were skint!
Cripes, if true...you can't make this @£$%%^ saga up?
PS. Don't think they actually physically went on holiday on their folks credit cards!

This has probably already been mentioned but there is also a security assignment registered at Companies House which effectively assigns all rights to any payments due from the EFL to Bury to Broadoak Finance (see Schedule 1 at the back of the document). They’ve borrowed against EFL payments. This means any payments due from the EFL will be paid to Broadoak not Bury. Other than season tickets what is their income? Practically nothing.

This was dated March this year. Not sure of the value. Is this the bridging loan, the last,.desperate source of financing a business?

One of the Beatles?
the accompanying song/s wouldn't be...
"Can't Buy Me ...."
"Say you don't need no diamond ring And I'll be satisfied Tell me that you want those kind of things That money just can't buy I don't care too much for money For money can't buy me love"
or...just simply..."Penny Lane?"

Most of bury’s mega spending was on players who didn’t really play last season, I think that is why they celebrate their promotion as being fair.

And in the end. The money you spend, should be eeeeequal toooo the money youuuuuu make. Ahhhhhhaaaaaaaa.
Her Majesty’s a pretty nice girl but she she doesn’t have a lot to say. Her Majesty’s a a pretty nice girl but she changes from Day to Dale. I wanna tell her that i love her lot but I gotta get a belly full of wine. Her Majesty’s a pretty nice girl some day I’m gonna make her mine, oh yeah. Some day I’m gonna make her mine.

Exactly this.
If you are going to asset strip something you need time.
HMRC can be paid in full on 19th June for the £277k coming from £127k of season ticket sales plus £150k from Plymouth for Ryan Lowe and Steven Schumacher.
This is no cost to Steve Dale.
Paying it off would given him at least three months grace and breathing space.
That would get him to August when the season starts.
The EFL would look down the barrel of kicking bury out but couldn’t. SD2 would be able to put a business plan in that said they go to May 2020.
In the meantime you'd then expect:
* Lucrative cash on the gate friendlies * Minimal recruitment * Cost cutting at every turn * Get to August and see what was there.
This escapade has cost Dale £1 plus his time.
He's going nowhere unless the High Court liquidates them.

Won't Dale be gone if a buyer comes in if/when administration kicks in?
