We could do with a furry animal on the pitch.

Big miss by Lund. Free header from 6 yards out & heads it so hard into the ground it bounces over. All the best chances by us but we needed that one

An absolutely brilliant bit of skill & then blasts his shot out for a throw in on the other side of the pitch. He's looking dangerous

That meg was absolute filth. Nothing woolly about it.

All things considered, very happy with that first half.

We’ve limited Gillingham to very little and have had a few chances ourselves. Crying out for a centre forward, but we look tight at the back and Osho has slotted in very well.

Edit. Wrote this just before the goal. Keohane lost his man. How many times has that happened?!

Keohane let’s his man run unopposed at the back post

FFS. Suddenly go to sleep in defence and give them 2 chances in a minute, the second one leading to a goal. Looks like a bad case of ball watching

Been fleeced there. Don't deserve to be behind @ HT. Under the circumstances though, I was expecting worse.

1-0 HT

Really shouldn't be behind & been a good half but for the goal. There is still something to be got out of this game as they don't look anywhere near as solid as Doncaster did at the back. Not much off the bench so need these players to come out firing

With all the players missing etc I was really happy with the performance easily the better team in that first half and then they go and score, typical.

Although we were the better team a few players were a bit quiet, Dooley especially hasn't played badly as such but not been involved enough.

We've done quite well apart from not taking our chances (Lund especially guilty.)..looked to completely mistime a header right in front of goal and it bounced on the hard pitch before going over. Baah looks dangerous as well, whilst Newby can certainly beat his marker.

They haven't really looked like scoring yet somehow have done thanks to some poor marking from a silly corner.
No surprise that their pressure has all come past Keohane. when will BBM see it?

Overall, we shouldn't be losing this, but just don't have cover up front. It amazes me that we can't sign another attacker, yet we seem able to employ half a dozen salaried positions off the field.

Yep. Despite our obvious weaknesses, we’d made the most of our strengths I’d say, given the team we’ve got out. And the goal we went behind to wasn’t where I’d seen it coming from. Quite simply, Oliver got in front of Keohane (at the previous corner too, I’ll add) and made the most of the rebound from Bazunu. It is unfortunate but we desperately need at least a point from this today.

Have the pubs opened up there?

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Their man got in front of Keohane again, and would have scored but for a point blank save.

Now he's ballooned a cross over their bar. He's having a mare again.
