A mailshot, involving paper, envelopes and stamps? When the club has email addresses for probably everyone who might be remotely interested in what they've got to say?
Even if its just SC card-holders, that's £1000 wasted, let alone staff time putting it together |  |

And to make matters worse, they have sent two to my house. One to me (ST) and one to my lad ( one of those £25 thingies). Surely they can de-duplicate the list? The actual letter is fairly meaningless too. Whats that old marketing adage , never contact your customers unless you want them to buy something and even then make them an offer? Waste of time and money, I would rather have a birthday or Chritmas card with an offer of a free pie or 10% off at the shop! |  | | |
