What exactly is the problem with reminding him we pay his wages etc. The problem was actually caused by Bonne talking out of turn himself.

I think saying you don't want to go back to your club and talking about being sat on the bench doing nothing as if he was cast aside rather than dropped for poor performances was disrespectful.
