DESPERATE Alexander Jarvis returns.....(with Matt Southall) 19:39 - Feb 7 with 18117 viewsRAFCBLUE

Well. Well. Well.

Not seen since September 2021 when we thought he had disappeared in an awful accident, the Scouse Disaster Jarvo HAS RETURNED.

Fear not. He is still making embarrassing mistake after embarrasing mistake.

Despite protestations to the contrary Jarvis is still linking Andrew Curran to Morton House, Morton House to Matthew Southall, Matthew Southall to Alexander Jarvis and Alexander Jarvis back to Andrew Curran.

Somewhere in a suburb of Birkenhead, there is a village missing its idiot.

I am sure that our mate Jarvis needs no reintroduction but in case you have forgotten him (wholly understandable given his insignificance as a human being), Jarvo is the deal maker who outed a "hostile takeover" to the Daily Telegraph and Andy Curran as a reclusive homophobe.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/08/05/efl-investigating-homophobic-slu

Our friends at Charlton Athletic write a pretty good summary of his incompetences:

Jarvis passed unnoticed by Charlton Athletic fans until brought to their attention by Southall’s comment to representatives of Rochdale AFC Supporters Trust on 29 September 2021. Southall claimed he had known Jarvis for a few years, and had worked with him previously, including at Charlton, before being invited by Jarvis to buy Rochdale AFC shares from the Morton Group. This revelation has prompted some interest and on-going investigations into both Jarvis’ background and his possible role at Charlton Athletic.

Companies House records show Jarvis, who as a young man was an asbestos surveyor, had a number of short-lived companies before incorporating Blackbridge Cross Borders Ltd (09055077) in 2014. It currently has an active proposal to strike off, which has been suspended due to an objection registered on 6 Mar 2021. Rochdale fans have studied Blackridge C.B.’s financial filings at Companies House, and raise some interesting questions.

Blackbridge Sports Ltd (12393590), of the same Exchange Street East, Liverpool accommodation address, was incorporated 9 January 2020, with Jarvis as sole director, and appears to be his replacement company for Blackbridge C. B. Ltd.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Jarvis “was the first British financier to set up a football-focused investment company to assist Chinese investors in acquiring European Football Clubs. Alexander has sold several football clubs to investors from the United States, India, China, Canada, and the UK. Alexander has advised investors on over 30 football club investments across UK/Europe.”

In England, in addition to his 2021 involvement with the Morton Group at Rochdale, and with Southall at Charlton, presumably in 2020, Jarvis is known to have been active from 2017 to 2018 at Southampton, Barnsley, Woking, Peterborough, Blackpool and Hull, and has received somewhat mixed reviews.

It is now known that Southall was associated with Jarvis’ involvement as an intermediary in the attempted hostile take-over of Rochdale AFC as early as 29 April 2021, when the two of them, along with Andy Curran (self-styled consultant to Morton House Mgt Group), were caught on CCTV at RAFC. All three were also seen together the same day outside Wilbutts Lane Chippy in Rochdale.

This brings into question Southall’s exact part in the whole Rochdale venture, which now seems more pivotal than he suggested to Dale Trust in September. Jarvis’ cack-handed input at Rochdale has been well documented by Dale fans.

A fair and factual assessment by Charlton fans there in their dossier.

Jarvis has been onto various media outlets today begging for publication "an open letter to Rochdale fans" and like the cute loveable little puppy dog he craves for Christmas, is eagerly offering to put anyone who wants to reach Matthew Southall in touch with Matthew Southall.

We can think of a quite a few people who are desperately trying to catch-up with Matthew Southall. Quite a number of them frequent SE7.

Problem is Alex has created a rod for his own back.

The media, highly bothered about making any form of legal mistake on the laws of defamation, specifically the Defamation Act 2013 are refusing to publish any of the sh*te the Jarvis is peddling for Southall.

The media, stung by having to take down previous articles which were proven defamatory by Dale Trust challenges and rewritten by the BBC are, quite rightly asking Jarvis and Southall "Why are you still here?"

https://www.daletrust.co.uk/2021/10/trust-response-to-bbc-article/

It has been such a worry not knowing where Alexander is or has been that we have been worried to death but can now rest easy in our evenings knowing that his Mum and Dad's back bedroom remains home to crypto wealth unimaginable.

Meanwhile despite briefing the Dale Trust on 2 February 2022 that local and national media were in possession of this open letter, no media appears from Jarvis or Southall, because there is no point.

Jarvis ran away when the EFL came calling having outed Andrew Curran and Morton House to the point the EFL had to charge them.

Southall outed Jarvis to the Dale Trust when he told them in October 2021 that "Jarvis had told him that he had a deal that had “gone wrong” that might be of interest Southall."

https://www.daletrust.co.uk/2021/10/10010/

That deal still haunts Alexander Jarvis that Jarvo emailed a secret David Bottomley presentation to a private investigator who set him up and ratted him out for the halfwitted charlatan dealmaker that he dreams to be.

Here is the moment where the private investigator published the email that Jarvis sent him.

https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/rochdale/forum/275265/alexander-jarvis-em

What Jarvis is going to have to explain tonight is why he is back on the scene after being retired for the good of the "hostile takeover". Southall looks like he is giving his mate one last shot knowing that the writing is on the wall with a dossier of factual evidence in the hands of the EFL from sources in the public domain that no-one can dispute.

PS. Alex - we know you and Crayola boy are reading this. FFS change your passwords otherwise you are probably going to have to tell Matthew that you've "accidentally" leaked his real mobile number.

PPS - Alex - crowdfund is up to £19,461 as of right now including money today from the Arsenal Supporters Trust. You and Matthew are our best adverts!

DESPERATE Alexander Jarvis returns.....(with Matt Southall) on 23:09 - Feb 7 by RAFCBLUE

Even better James.

If you believe all the contradictions young Jarvis has been involved with.

(1) Morton House are charged in August 2021 by the EFL. Morton House charged following Jarvis admitting that he was involved in a "hostile takeover" in the Daily Telegraph.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/08/05/efl-investigating-homophobic-slu

(2) Morton House who are subject to EFL disciplinary investigations and are looking "to divest at the earliest opportunity"
https://www.efl.com/news/2021/august/efl-statement-rochdale-afc2/

(3) Alexander Jarvis contacts Matthew Southall at the request of Morton House for Matthew Southall to buy shares from Morton House. Very clear throughout the Summer of 2021 that Jarvis was and is working for Morton House as a buyer, as evidenced by those he spoke to and made offer to for shares.
https://www.daletrust.co.uk/2021/10/10010/

(4) MEN report that Southall has bought 25% of Rochdale AFC
https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/ex-charlton

"Matthew Southall has struck a deal to buy a 25 per cent stake in League Two football club Rochdale AFC.

Mr Southall is acquiring his shares from Andy Curran and Darrel Rose's Morton House MGT group, whose bid to take over the club collapsed several weeks ago."

(5) Southall threatens the club as a non-shareholder with the High Court in October 2021 and doesn't attend an EGM, which most shareholders did. Nothing is heard of from Morton House, who are not complying with the EFL.
https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/rochdale/forum/277292/non-shareholder-tri

(6) Southall then goes very quiet. Nothing is heard from him for months. Nothing heard from Morton House, who are not complying with the EFL either.

(7) In January 2022, Morton House launch legal action against the Supporters Trust and 8 unpaid volunteer directors. Nothing to do with Matthew Southall that. He's not Morton House.
https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/keep-rochdale-afc-fan-owned/

(8) In February 2022, the Dale Trust report that Matthew Southall has put out a missive to the national and local media. Nothing to do with Morton House that; they are not Matthew Southall.
https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/rochdale/forum/281987/update/#41

(9) The national media and local media can't actually report anything for fear of being sued under the Defamation Act 2013. So nothing appears from Morton House. Nothing appears from Matthew Southall.

(10) Today Alexander Jarvis turns up pumping the press and offering to introduce them to Southall. He gives out Southall's email and phone number. He tells people that they should speak to Matthew and that Matthew should speak to them. Which is all very odd when Alexander was working for Morton House to sell the shares of Morton House to Matthew Southall according to the folks at the MEN.

(11) All of the above would be really interesting except for the fact that David Bottomley, Andrew Curran, Alexander Jarvis and Matthew Southall were all at Spotland in April 2021 for a meeting.

So who is Alexander really working for between April 2021 and February 2022:

(a) David Bottomley
(b) Andrew Curran
(c) Matthew Southall
(d) All of the above.

My mind boggles at all the shenanigans. If the April meeting was 'the big bang' what came before it? Other than Alexander and Matthew knowing each other?
Could one of the options to the multiple choice question be e. A third party yet to be revealed?

The interesting thing about that Telegraph article is how "hostile takeover" is presented as I did there - as a quotation.

It's never been challenged, changed or taken down.

It's in the public domain and the representative of Morton House said it first.

He put it into the public domain.

As for Jarvo selling our former CE out, kuchen_karma.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/08/05/efl-investigating-homophobic-slu

I suppose that the reason that the Daily Telegraph won't be ever taken down is that is it err...completely true.

A self-confessed “hostile takeover” of Rochdale has sparked a homophobia row after one of those involved was accused of calling the current board “Nancy boys”.

FACT: Andrew Curran was banned from all football in January 2022 until mid-March 2022 and ordered to complete a rehabilitation course.

https://www.rochdaleafc.co.uk/news/2022/january/fastatement_11.01.22/

The call nevertheless prompted a WhatsApp message from Alexander Jarvis, who described himself as an adviser to what he admitted was a “hostile takeover” and said that Curran was “a bit of a recluse”.

FACT: Andrew Curran has no digital footprint and wishes to live a quiet peaceful life conducting his normal business.

The words "hostile takeover" of a fan-owned club came from Jarvis to Ben Rumsby in a recorded Daily Telegraph interview.

Jarvis said he himself had been on the “heated” Zoom call and that he could not recall the alleged comments being made by Curran, adding: “I don’t think, if he did say it, that he meant it in the way that it would be perceived.”

FACT: Jarvis either had poor signal on the Zoom call, a loss of memory or lied about what he saw as the FA found Curran guilty of misconduct.

Jarvis said he was “waiting for a call from the FA” about Rochdale’s complaint, which could see it take action if Curran was deemed a participant in football.

FACT: The FA don't call minor characters Captain Sabotage, only those charged.

From what the media are saying following the hostile takeover, Jarvis has more sides than a £1 coin and has spent quite a lot of time blaming David Bottomley for events, which given Jarvis' stupidity implicates Bottomley good and proper.

Meanwhile Jarvis continues to put eyes on the crowdfunding which needs to raise £130,000 to provide the legal fees to defend a High Court action brought against the Supporters Trust and unpaid volunteer directors:

Blaming Bottomley for yet another fook up?

Being balanced though judd, is Jarvis right to still be blaming Bottomley publicly in February 2022 to anyone who will listen?

I mean, look at the Jarvis track record on factual accuracy. It's not great is it?

Bottomley has move on with his life and is tearing it up in National League North with AFC Fylde.

Jarvis on the other hand struggles with hot and cold taps, the difference between left and right and doesn't actually work in football.

Unlike Bottomley, who has moved on, Jarvis on the other hand is stuck, mired in the shambles of Summer 2021 where by blabbing to a Daily Telegraph journalist he publicly linked:

* Andrew Curran to Morton House (Andrew Curran is neither a director or a shareholder of Morton House)

* Morton House to Matthew Southall (Matthew Southall has admitted that he and Jarvis worked together on the Charlton deal)

* Andrew Curran to Matthew Southall (via a meeting witnessed at Spotland by multiple parties in April 2021)

* David Bottomley to Andrew Curran (via a meeting witnessed at Spotland by multiple parties in April 2021)

* David Bottomley to Matthew Southall (via a meeting witnessed at Spotland by multiple parties in April 2021)

Captain Sabotage has either been on the fans side all along or is just truly inept.

I bet Jarvis is thinking that if he can find a journalist stupid enough to print something without checking it then that might solve is problems.

That reminds me, where is Simon Stone these days?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58883213

According to Stone, "Southall believes he has an agreement to increase his stake in Dale should Morton House get hold of Kelly's shares - which are now the subject of a legal dispute - which would take its holding over 50%."

The EFL might want to ask Simon Stone about that line in his rewritten article as it appears to confirm that Southall has broken the rules on ownership and can get to a shareholding of 50%.

The EFL need to act here before Jarvis incriminates them too.

It's up to both sides what they present James.

Judge will take submissions from both legal teams and can ask for points of clarification or supplementary documents if he/she feels that they are needed.

I would be asking to see all NDA's relating to potential takeover bids if I were the judge as I'm sure a lot of the untold story is contained within them.

Also was there a vote by shareholders instructing the previous board to seek a buyer/outside investment?

Whilst we're on the subject, i strongly suspect that a certain former Dale Chairman would have relevant information with regard to how the process of 'outside investment' was handled

If i were him, i'd be wondering if my resignation from the role was going to be the last time i'd be questioned about such matters

Similarly, any other former directors

Not to enter into discussions. Those discussions led to the need for the board holding c. 15% of issued shares to remove pre emptive rights of all other shareholders to allow the board to proceed as they saw fit.
The motion was quite rightly debated and the mood in the room saw the board accept the sound advice to withdraw the motions.
Motions supported by the most unprofessional PowerPoint presentation I've ever seen.

That's not my recollection judd.

"Persauded" implies some back and forth.

On the night, the hostility and anger towards certain former club employees and directors was palpable.

The phrase used was a blind takeover.

I recall the Board being asked if they did want to have the vote on the motions, save for them being voted down by shareholders.

The Board then withdrew their motions without them ever being voted on.

Therefore on the 1st June 2021, the then Board and the then CEO had an opportunity to propose investment and withdrew that proposal completely.

The withdrawal was their choice, not shareholders and knowing what then happened on the removal votes for two statutory directors then there can be no doubt that the proposals would have been voted down.

While I appreciate the point you are making, putting together and submitting a defence against this horseshit is a costly business.

In my opinion, 'Morton House' knew that and expected the Dale (Supporters) Trust and individual board members (Supporters and Volunteers) to buckle after being financially bullied into accepting their demands. There's no way the Trust and individual volunteer board members could, or be expected to, fund a defence themselves. That tactic didn't work because we're all Dale fans, cut one of us and we all bleed (Copyright TalkingSutty). We're genuine football fans and in the face of adversity, football fans, whatever their colours, stand together.

'Morton House' now know that WE have the means, backing and appetite to fight this. It will be interesting to see their next move. Southall's letters suggest desperation, and they'll do nothing to help 'Morton House' case.

Whilst I agree with all of that, and I have no idea how this will resolve itself since there are so many moving parts and conceivable outcomes, there must also come a point where MH throw in the towel, knowing they don't have a prayer of winning and going to court is throwing (more) good money after bad. The Trust and the board know the whole football community is behind them. If it gets in front of a judge (I can't see that happening) then Morton House really have picked a fight they cannot win.

If shysters like these got control I wouldn't spend another penny at the football club ever again.

If it goes to court it will be big news and Morton House will be forensically examined. There is no way they will want that.

Correct. The "can of worms" is visible on this forum. If it becomes visible at a High Court hearing, you will see the proverbial "rats leaving a sinking ship". Maybe they are too stupid to realise. Heh. Off you will pop, cockers.

DESPERATE Alexander Jarvis returns.....(with Matt Southall) on 12:35 - Feb 9 with 2651 views49thseason

" struck a deal to buy" isnt exactly the same as " has bought" ... we know Southall was at the chippie with others back in April, he wasn't there because of the quality of the chips, the idea that he has somehow come to the rescue of MH by buying their shares isn't credible, Southall has been up to his neck in this all along, but he didnt have any cash, however he knew a man who did....Southall thought he could take over a club that had no debts and was actively looking for "investors" using MH money to buy enough shares to get control without attracting attention to himself, re-mortgage the ground, probably using the same sort of company in Liverpool that Bury used when they re- mortgaged for say £4 or £5 million, pay back MH with interest, pay off his debts and scarper to Dubai with over a £2m+ quid bonus, maybe more leaving an endebted football club to do with as he pleased.
Jarvis was invited in by Bottom to find potential buyers and went stright to his mate Southall, all this at the behest of Kilpatrick who wanted/ needed to sell his shares urgently...MH saw Bottom's powerpoints and came to the conclusion the deal was a slam dunk and started to buy shares with what eventually would become the club's own money.
The question that needs an answer is " how are Andrew Curran and MH connected to Southall". I wonder if Southall ever bought a car from Darrel Rose or maybe sold one to him... or planned to?

Privately-owned car sales companies, especially high-end motors, are an ideal erm... vehicle for financial exchange

Even on a small scale, such as a used car plot flogging sheds that've been flogged to death, 'trading' can be lucrative. There was a notorious one on Bury Road, lower down from the Cem, that was owned by someone who was 'known' to GMP back in the 1990s

I know of someone who bought a runaround in good faith which didn't runaround but came to a dead stop within a few dozen miles. Not getting any satisfaction from the dealership led to a means of seeking redress which eventually involved GMP and the dealer was forced to shut up shop on that particular pitch due to the scrutiny involved. It's only re-opened as a used car lot within the past couple of years!

A cautionary tale, told without prejudice
